Unit is run down and unclean. Furniture looks like it came from a yard sale (and not a good one) bathroom reeked of urine terribly, shower curtain was stained and liner looked as if it had feces on it. Had to spend $80 on plug ins, candles, shower curtain liner. House next door (10 feet away) and across are boarded up. First day there a man was overdosing at 5 pm outside our bathroom window. We booked a 30 day stay and left after 2 nights and had to spend an additional $4700 for another rental. Alex (the owner)was quick to respond when I expressed concerns about the condition of the property, offered to reimburse me for expenses (for items I purchased) and refunded a portion of what we paid (weeks after we left) I wasn’t looking for good communication. I wanted a safe/ clean place to stay for a month. The furniture wouldn’t have been a complaint had the place been clean. Spend more money and stay elsewhere.

This property was perfect for us! It was within 1 block from the lively downtown restaurants & 1mile from Lake Worth Beach, which was a lovely walk. Property was just the right size, with a private bedroom & a pullout couch in the living room-- giving each of us privacy. Nice little backyard area from which I did my telehealth sessions. Property manager was very responsive!

If I could've given the location and neighborhood 10 stars, I would've. I came here to work remotely for a month with my large dog. Bryant Park was only 5 blocks away and I was able to break up my day by taking my dog for a walk down to the beautiful park located right on the Intracoastal. Lake Worth Beach was less than a 5 minute drive or 20 minute walk over the bridge. Publix is just 2 blocks away. And, if I felt like going out, all of the restaurants, bars and shops were 2 houses down and around the corner. If you like to walk, this is definitely the place to stay. I had a few questions when I arrived and Alex was very friendly and responsive. I didn't need anything else, but if I did, I would've felt comfortable contacting Alex again.

Duplex had every thing one needs on Florida vacation. Convenient to restaurants, the Ocean, a Publix and to Old zDixie Hwy and Rt 95. Only issue was TV channels but no big deal. I recommend this place for all dog owners. Be sure to take your dog to Peanut Island.

We made this our home and enjoyed our time here. Comfortable bed and so close to lots of fun in Towne and walks to the water and beach!
