Property was great just as advertised. Our family had a great time, river beach is great, with gradual slope into the water. Perfect for all ages as little ones have plenty of room to play without there being a steep drop off. Everything you need is already there, both in the house and on the beach. Sandra answered all of our questions that we had prior to our stay and communication was prompt. Would highly recommend!!!

Beautiful home!! Me and my little family enjoyed staying here. Even though we had to share the beach area I had no issues and my kids still had lots of fun and made new friends during the stay. I would definitely recommend. I will book again if available.

Renter beware that this property is shared and not enforced on the number of renters that stay in the front house.
Myself and my family of 7 stayed in the back house of the property. We were expecting to use the beach that is shared between the two properties. This was good until the front house renters grew up to 40 occupants mostly teenagers attending a high school graduation party hosted by the front house renters on Friday night. From that time until they left on Sunday morning we were not able to use the beach. The party on Friday lasted until 5:00AM Saturday. We contacted the home owner and the police were dispatched once. This had little affect as they moved the party to the street. The owner had no way of controlling the number of occupants. On Saturday they had a large family gathering which occupied the beach all day. Our family was unable to share the beach due to the overcrowding of the front property. We requested from the home owner a partial refund which we never received. We will not be returning to this property EVER.

Great location for a Memorial Day weekend river trip. This house shares the beach/launch ramp with the other house on the property which our family friends rented as well. Definitely recommend.

Place was nice because it was right on the river. Beds were not very comfortable. Had to rent both houses for the extra room. Communication was good. Check in was easy. Had a great time with family.

Prior to our stay the host took way to long to respond. Upon arrival the lock box was difficult to open. When we finally got in the house was less than clean, the internet didn’t work, there was no batteries in the remote and it is not on a private beach, it is on a shared beach a bit of a walk from the house. After my stay the host kept not only the cleaning deposit, even though the house was cleaner than we found it, but a ridiculous fee because they couldn’t find the keys that were in the same broken lock box that I got them out of! Way too much money for a horrible experience!

Fun and great location with a lovely private beach. We would come back again. This is the front house which is not on the river front but you have all the amenities.

Great location on the river, so nice to have the large beach space to enjoy family time and anchor the boats and jet skis. The house was clean, felt comfy, everything worked great and would definitely come back.

There are 2 houses on this lot, we stayed in the one closest to the road and furthest from the water, but a very short walk down the driveway and you’re at the private beach on the river and boat launch! The beach was really nice and sandy, and even though the water washed out some of the sand from the beach over time it was still a really nice little beach! Very quiet neighborhood located just on the Arizona side of the needles bridge. Very nice simple little river house that fit me and my family comfortably and met all of our needs. Will definitely be booking this again in the future!

Overall a great property!
There are 2 houses on this lot, we stayed in the one closest to the road and furthest from the water, but a very short walk down the driveway and you’re at the private beach on the river and boat launch! The beach was really nice and sandy, and even though the water washed out some of the sand from the beach over time it was still a really nice little beach! Very quiet neighborhood located just on the Arizona side of the needles bridge. Very nice simple little river house that fit me and my family comfortably and met all of our needs. Will definitely be booking this again in the future!

we knew there would be issue with wifi, the grille was a little small for all our cooking needs and the shared beach we decided we would prefer private. Great location great space and a great accommodating host.

we knew there would be issue with wifi, the grille was a little small for all our cooking needs and the shared beach we decided we would prefer private. Great location great space and a great accommodating host.

Private Sandy Beach!
Great trip with the family. Would rent this one again for sure. Beach is awesome and having a ramp makes dad’s work much easier. If you have a large boat plan on loading when water level is low or have some muscle to fight the current.
