We had a great time at this house and the location and property are even better than the way it looks online.

Great location close to town and the park. Gorgeous views all around. Could use a little TLC tho - blinds in one room wouldn’t open, mold in the jets of the jacuzzi tub, lightbulbs out or flickering fixtures. Tori was very warm and helpful

A beautiful home conveniently located near all the fun in Zion. We loved relaxing in the hot tub and by the pool after full days of hiking and biking. The scenery surrounding the home is stunning from the highest peak showing through large windows, to the sound of the Virgin River rushing by the rear of the property.

There were seven of us ladies in this amazing home that is just moments away from the entrance to Zion national park. We loved the pool and river access and all the wonderful amenities of the home. Would return here with a big group in a heartbeat!

We had a September family vacation to Zion. The VRBO was a perfect location to catch the shuttle conveniently into and out of Zion National Park. There are 9 shuttle stops and the nearest shuttle was a short walk from the VRBO. As described in the listing, we enjoyed the grill, hot tub, pool, patio and outdoor dining along the Virgin River with breathtaking views of the mountains in the background. Some of us rented e-bikes nearby and rode them into the national park. The home was well stocked with laundry, kitchen and bath cleaning supplies, bathroom products and hairdryers. Pool and bath towels were plentiful and the VRBO had pool toys and bikes too. Groceries were expensive in Springdale so suggest buying elsewhere and/or bringing frozen food along and paper products. If planning to use the kitchen, the cutting knives, mixing/serving bowls and pots and pans were well worn and few. The home's screen doors did not work properly, which we relied on for cooling the home at night with the indoor temp set at 73 degrees and windows that did not open. However, the location and outdoor amenities of this VRBO made up for the few deficiencies we experienced. We recommend making a reservation at Bit and Spur restaurant which had outdoor dining and music. The townhome owner/manager, Tori, was very responsive to our questions and accommodating to our needs. She let us check in early and check out a little later than usually required. All in all, we would highly recommend this VRBO!

We had 5 adults in 3 of the bedrooms. Plenty of space for three units to be split up. 4 would have been fine too. Plenty of things to do within walking distance and on the property. Shuttle stop was right there too. Communicative host at all times.

Hiking the Narrows was on my mom's bucket list for her 60th. It was a big deal to be together as a big family and to be comfortable in our accommodations. This home and host exceeded our expectations. Tori was very attentive and helpful. Her home is even better than the pics and matterport tour. We were all so comfortable and felt right at home. Big kitchen (we cooked every meal), perfect sized pool, hot tub for relaxing, and oh.... those views!!! It was an 11 out of 10 for us!

We were a family of six (husband, wife, two children, and in laws). The layout of the house allowed for privacy for everyone. Both sets of adults had their own bathroom and the kids each had their own room and shared a bathroom. The outside space was great for relaxing after a long day in the park. The Springdale shuttle is close by and there were lots of restaurants to choose from. The owner, Tori, has a binder full of information which is especially helpful in a city you are unfamiliar with. We would definitely stay here again.
