Tonda was accommodating and offered help with local attractions. House was clean and in excellent condition. We will definitely be back!!

Hostess was very accommodating and gracious, with NO annoying list of chores, dos & don’t s, etc. The house was extremely clean and had everything we could possibly need for our stay, including beach chairs & umbrellas. We’re definitely going back!

This is a sweet, perfectly located house in a quiet environment near everything you'll need, and not far from wonderful restaurants in Long Beach as well as the Gulf Coast. The kitchen is fully equipped and well-stocked with basics. The house is very comfortable. The hostess, Tonda, could not possibly have been more accomodating and gracious. When I arrived she walked through the house with me explaining where everything was and how everything worked, then checked with me the next morning to see how things were going.
I would definitely stay here again!

The host of this property is so kind. She has excellent communication. The house is well stocked with everything you could need. It was so nice to be able to do laundry and use a cooler for our trips. We felt very safe in the neighborhood.

Tonda was a great hostess and we enjoyed every minute of our stay! She offered to check into things of interest for us ahead of time, was available whenever needed (which was not often since everything was so great), and made our stay easy and enjoyable. The house was great, exactly as described and the pool was awesome too! Tonda had everything we needed (and even above and beyond that!) and made sure we knew we had access to everything. Highly recommend this stay!

Amazing doesn't even describe
This amazing property is off the noisy path, beautiful scenic yard, minutes from shopping and beach, everything and more provided, bring clothes and enjoy. Property manager Tonda is amazing courteous and offers to help all you have to do is ask. True southern hospitality at its finest. Highly recommend and look forward to staying again in the future.

We recently rented from Tonda as we were seeking refuge from Hurricane Ida. Her precious guest cottage could not have been more perfect! The pictures do not do it justice. It is well arranged and the perfect set up for a small family. She had everything we could possibly need and more! In addition, while there, we locked ourselves out and she happily walked over to let us back in. Great experience and we hope to come back in the future! Lovely spot to relax!

Nice house. We rented the house on a trip to watch my daughter play in the SWAC softball tournament. Our visit was cut short when they were eliminated early from the tournament but overall we enjoyed our stay.

Sweet Little Cottage
This sweet little cottage is absolutely adorable, comfortable, cozy and clean. Tonda is an A+ property manager and so easy to communicate with. She even brought balloons over for my little girl's birthday. The cottage has everything you need. It's on a very quiet dead-end lane. We absolutely plan on staying here again!

Wonderful Guest Cottage
The property was so nice. Very clean and well stocked. There is a small private patio with grill. The owner was responsive and helpful. We could not have asked for a better place to stay.

Lovely property, lovely owner
We had come into town to visit my daughter returning from Spain. This house was roomy, and Tonda thought of everything. Communication was good, if we needed anything all we had to do was call or text. When it was apparent that my daughter kept getting delayed, Tonda was kind enough to work with us on two extra days. The area is quiet and a Froogels is right down the road if you need anything.

Excellent and comfortable visit!
We stayed a week and loved it! The property was exactly what we expected and our hostess was kind and made sure everything was taken care of. She even texted a couple of times to make sure we had everything we needed. We would stay here again!
