This was a perfect spot for our group of 10 to have a wonderful family vacation in the Florida Keys together!!! Right down the road from Sombrero Beach. Easy drive to Key West Day Trip and various beaches around the keys. Super easy to kayak. Awesome pool and outdoor grill and tiki bar. We fished, we snorkeled, we ate a ton of great food and loved it all. Thank you to Rhonda! We'd love to come back soon!!

Took entire family to the florida keys for one week. Property had everything that we needed, and was one mile from the beach. great property, and would recommend it for everyone

Our stay at Tres Tortugas was amazing! The house is beautiful and has everything you need to never even step foot off the property. Both the property manager, Jim and the hosts were super responsive and had great tips for both the house and the area. They were there if we needed them but not overbearing. The house was clean, well stocked with towels and all of the items we needed. The beach was close enough to walk (under a mile) but also had ample parking if you would like to drive. We enjoyed renting Jeep’s from Key West Adventures for our trip to Key West, which was a 1 hour drive. We also enjoyed a sunset cruise from Captain Bob’s. Overall the property and location were a paradise and I give it a 10 out of 10!

The house was great for our family inside and out. A big plus to be close to the beach, restaurants and stores. Loved the pool and outdoor kitchen and bar that we named “The Thirsty Turtle”. We lacked for nothing. Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with us!

The property was amazing. Couldn't of asked for a better location. Property owner was very repsonsive and checked in to make sure everything was good. Neighbor provided us with some good tips on places to go around the area. Our group spent a lot of the time at the pool each day as it was beautiful. Will definatly look to book again for our next trip to the keys!!!

The home was fantastic. Very clean and stylish place with everything you needed. In a great location, right near heaps of great places to eat! The host was very accommodating and helpful, and checking in on us regularly to make sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

The outdoor space was phenomenal and having the dock was awesome. We rented a pontoon boat for 2 days and it was fantastic! The responsiveness with Rhonda and Jim was great!

We enjoyed this property. The house was clean and organized. Loved having all the refrigeration space and multiple ice machines. This home has alot of great amenities. Everyone was very comfortable. The outdoor living area was very enjoyable. The owners manage this property and are very responsive. They do ask that you follow a list of rules. There are signs at the home with the rules along with a list sent at check in. The neighbor is helpful and came over to go over the rules as well and answer any questions we had. He helps manage the property for the owner. You can tell the owners value and take great care of this property. Our family of 8 had a great time in marathon!

The 8 of us had a wonderful vacation here. Perfect location for anything you want to do, or just to lounge by the pool. Rhonda is a fantastic host and the house is beautiful and was spotless! Do not hesitate to book this house.

To say that this house is beautiful is an understatement. The inside is spacious and is equipped with the best appliances and furnishings. The rear yard is an oasis with pool, hot tub and Tiki Bar that no one wanted to leave. The neighbor, Jim is a wealth of local knowledge as well as quick to answer any calls. We had trouble lighting the outdoor grille one night and Jim was on the scene within minutes. We cant wait to go back!

Rhonda was great to work with and offered many suggestions for local restaurants. Jim, the neighbor/property manager, was also wonderful. Both were very responsive with our questions. The house was clean, provided all essentials, and the pool is wonderful! The kids caught fish from the dock and we watched sunsets from the second floor lanai. Family meals were enjoyed at the tiki hut and the large dining table. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for sharing your home!

This property exceeded all of our expectations. Everything was clean and the house was beautiful and welcoming. We had everything we needed and was big enough for 4 adults and 5 kids under 5. Rhonda was in contact with us frequently if we had any questions or concerns. The backyard is beautiful and private. The pool kept our kids occupied for hours. We will be staying at this property again!

What an amazing property and host. The pictures of this home are amazing, and they don't do the property justice. We spent an amazing week here and could not have asked for a better place to stay. Rhonda is an amazing host with the best communication I have had utilizing VRBO. You will want for nothing with this property. The backyard will put some resorts to shame. The pool is perfect and the hot tub will comfortably hold 8 people. The outside kitchen provides you with every amenity you could ever desire. With a full bath right at the pool, you literally never need to go into the house on pool days. 3 different ice makers throughout the house, including one in the outdoor kitchen, you will never want for ice. If I could give more stars for both the home and the host, I surely would. Have NO fears booking this home!

After booking this house almost a year ago, me, my husband, and my adult kids counted the days to our family vacation- mostly to see this house! When we arrived, the house was everything we anticipated and so much more. SO much space for everyone, very clean and organized. The pool and Tiki area is truly magical and provided us with many treasured memories (and pictures). Our 18 month old grand daughter loved the shallow platform area of the pool (supervised of course) which was such an added pool bonus. Rhonda was absolutely amazing with staying connected and preparing us for our stay. One of our best vacations ever, best house, best location!

The house was amazing and the location was great. Everything was very clean and communication with the owner was great. They were great to communicate prior to arrive, during and after. They made everything very easy for us to be able to enjoy our vacation.

This property was absolutely AMAZING! It was everything we expected and more! There were 9 of us and we all had a Blast! The house is beautiful and spacious, as none of us felt on top of each other. The outside with the pool and hot tub was were we spent the majority of our time when we weren’t out and about. Rhonda our host was great to work with from the beginning and so patient with the many questions our group had before heading down there. Her recommendations on where to eat were spot on as well. Jim, who is a neighbor was also awesome to work with and talk to as well about all things local. There were no complaints whatsoever other than none of us wanted to go home. We will definitely be repeat customers at this home when we find ourselves back down in the keys!

I've been staying in Marathon for years and this house was great. The best part is the outside pool area. The house is very roomy, even for 12 people. The kitchen is equipped enough for cooking dinners. The outside bar/kitchen was fantastic. We fished off the dock and caught a few things, plenty of room for a boat as well. The house is decorated great and felt cozy. Thanks for having us!

This was an exceptional house for our family vacation of 8 adults and 2 children. Perfect layout, plenty of space, beautiful, clean, well-maintained home. It is as beautiful as you see in the pictures. The owner Rhonda and the on-site contact Jim went above and beyond to ensure our stay was great. It is in a great location; perfect for a day trip to Key West and Sombrero Beach is just down the road. The outdoor space with the kitchen and pool were amazing and where we spent most of our time. The kids and adults all loved the incredible pool. We would book here again without hesitation. We loved it!

This house is hands down the perfect vacation house. Everything you need and want is here. Every style and personality in your group will find a comfortable place. We have been renting in the keys for over 25 years and have never had as good of a time as we had this year and it's all because of what this house has to offer. The outdoor space is perfection. The dock is brand spanking new and in a great canal with quick access to the ocean. The Tiki Hut with grill, sink, ice maker, fridge, full bathroom and outdoor shower make it possible to stay outside all day without ever going in for anything. The pool is divine with the swim up seating and table, and it has great landscaping for privacy. The hot tub became an evening ritual. The house itself is perfect for large groups to have the space they need for downtime or uptime and is equipped with everything you need. The upkeep and care that Rhonda and family have put into this home can be seen and felt. Jim, the local contact, was fantastic and there in a flash if needed. Here are few other details that added to the experience: ice makers galore, beverage refrigerators, tackle room with A/C and a lock, bait freezer, nice kitchen equipment and appliances, landscaping, lighting and ceiling fans, two cranking A/C systems, clean comfy furniture, big dining table, nice beds and bedding, open concept living, screened in upstairs area with ceiling fans, wrap around upstairs porch. I could go on and on. Do yourself a favor and book this house for your next trip. Thank you Rhonda and Jim for everything. We can't wait to come back.
