Large Waterfront Home Nestled in Bamboo Forest with Private Pool, Burlington NC
Dieses Haus ist auf 10 wunderschönen Morgen entfernt. Bambo umgibt den Umfang mit japanischen Ahorne, eine Vielzahl von Blumen und exotischen Pflanzen. Sehr ruhige und private Lage, aber bequem zu I-40 / I-85 Flur. Restaurants, Kinos, Einkaufszentren und kulturellen Bereichen, Elon University, ARMC Krankenhaus innerhalb von Minuten. Kurze Fahrt nach Greensboro, High Point und Durham. Hat Schwimmbad, einen Whirlpool, ein Dampfbad, und Tiki-Bar ein 2-Morgen-Teich. Startseite wurde komplett renoviert und verfügt über Holzböden, Kamin, Dampfdusche, Wintergarten, Raumhohe Fenster und vieles mehr. Schöne Aussicht auf den Pool und Teich von viel des Hauses. Der offene Grundriss bietet eine geräumige Höhle, Ess- und Küchenbereich für ansehnliche Gruppen zu sammeln. Die Küche ist komplett eingerichtete, wie alle der Schlafzimmer und Bäder sind. Die Schönheit und Ruhe dieser einzigartigen Eigenschaft wird es schwer für Sie zu verlassen, und ängstlich, um zurückzukehren zu machen!

This property was a nice, relaxing spot for us to spend time during a soccer tournament weekend with our teenage girls. The house fit 10 people comfortably (although one mom/daughter was in the basement which is not ideal, as its a little "scary" and cold with the eerie fireplace and no carpeting. The house is outdated and needs some slight renovations (i.e. new outdoor furniture would be nice) but very functional and fully stocked kitchen and loads of towels and blankets. The pool was great and mornings by the pond were calming, quiet and lovely. The house was convenient to the highway to get to Greensboro and Raleigh/Durham. Clint was very kind and responsive and even popped over, so we were able to meet him and he gave us a history of this really unique property. Highly recommend for a larger group!

A great house for a gathering. So secluded and peaceful. In the backyard, right outside the door, we saw deer, groundhogs, and so many birds. The squeaky floors kept us from sneaking for late night snacks, kept us in giggles. Everybody enjoyed.

Perfect house for our daughter’s small baby shower and family reunion. Lots of room to spread out and wish it was warmer so we could have enjoyed the pool. Host was super friendly and extremely accommodating to our needs. We’ll be back again.

The accommodations were well suited for our family. We really enjoyed the pool and the pond was good outlet for fishing and kayaking. We had to call our host several times to correct several issues. On the down side the home is in need of some upgrades. The lower level could use some remodeling with some furniture for those using it. Only one TV. A number of light bulbs needed replacing and the dryer was not working. Blinds and drapes were missing or in need of repair. Pool furniture shows its age and needs to be addressed. Bedrooms on the upper and main level were good but the lower level was not the best. When I go on vacation I expect my destination to be as good or better than my home. This was not!
