Fabulous offenen Grundriss mit großen sonnigen Räumen ist praktisch am Strand! Hochwertige Möbel und Oberflächen, frische Kissen, Bettdecken, alle wunderschön dekoriert mit einem großen Vorrat an aktuellen Büchern für Ihren sofortigen Genuss. Flachbildfernseher in 3 Zimmern plus Familienzimmer. Das Haus wird nach hohen Standards gepflegt und viele unserer Gäste kehren Jahr für Jahr zurück. Genießen Sie die Meeresbrise von der überdachten Veranda und unsere wundervolle Außendusche. Das Familienzimmer ist offen für die Gourmetküche mit Granitplatten und das Esszimmer mit Bauerntisch. Zwei sehr große Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad auf der Hauptebene sowie eine Gästetoilette und eine Waschküche. Das Hauptschlafzimmer verfügt über einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank, der von vielen Familien als Kleinkindzimmer mit einem tragbaren Kinderbett genutzt wird. Strand hat zwei zusätzliche Schlafzimmer und teilen sich ein Vollbad. Alle Queen-Size-Betten mit ausgezeichneten Matratzen. Eigentum mit viel Liebe gepflegt ... Holzböden, hochwertige Möbel und frische und saubere Geräte. DREI Parkplätze. Die beste Lage nur einen Block vom Steuerbord und Sunrise zum Frühstück! In der Saison Strandservice zur Verfügung, Sonnenschirme, Stühle und Imbissbuden. Trolly Stand (saisonal) am Ende unseres Blocks. Wir stellen fest, dass Gäste, die ihren Hund mitbringen möchten, große Anstrengungen unternehmen, um unser Eigentum zu erhalten, als ob es ihre eigene Aufgabe wäre, dieses besondere Vergnügen für andere zu bewahren. HINWEIS: Bitte teilen Sie uns Ihre Hunde mit. Leider können wir aufgrund von Allergien keine Katzen aufnehmen.

Home is 25 steps to a wide beach. Dog friendly home. Large front porch that was perfect spot for coffee or cocktails, and can be secured with a gate to keep dogs or children from roaming. Kitchen is very well stocked with spices, oils, etc., and plenty of pots, pans, serving platters, etc. quiet location, but still convenient to the main strip for bars, restaurants and other amenities. In addition to the 3 and 1/2 baths, there is a convenient outdoor Shower and foot washer just outside the front steps. Jon was a pleasure to work with—we hope to be back in the future.

The house has plenty of space to relax, large main room where we all could be together and fantastic porch looking out on the beach and ocean. Fully stocked kitchen made staying in preferable. Jon was super responsive and easy to work with. 2 master bedrooms with baths was perfect for the adults! We love the location as it is just blocks from anything in Dewey.

The house is literally steps from the beach so the location is excellent. We enjoyed drinking our morning coffee on the deck and listening to the surf and watching the ocean in the distance.

Our family stayed in this home during the COVID-19 pandemic (July 2020) since it was not in a hotspot location. It was a great choice! The house is absolutely beautiful and has a lot of open space, which was nice since we had 3 families including children of all ages staying together. It is fully stocked with plenty of dishes, a couple coolers, coffee pot and toaster, etc. It was also impressively stocked with boardgames and card games, a few toys and LOTS of good books. You do need to bring your own linens and towels. The master bed is particularly comfortable! We spent a lot of time out on the deck, which has a nice sitting area with a view of the ocean. This house is right next to the beach so it's easy to walk back and forth as needed during the day. The Dewey Beach and Rehoboth Beach areas are really nice; we wished we could get out and explore more in shops, restaurants, and the boardwalk, but COVID prevented that from happening. We would love to go back to this beach and this house!!
