The condo was very nice, location was good. The beach was just across from the Ocean Meadows Park but the Pier and amusement park was about 3/4 (maybe) of a mile. Very quiet place except for the trains.

The condo was lovely, had everything we needed, and the host had excellent communication for a smooth arrival and stay. We love Ocean Park Meadows and this condo had a nice view of the pond as well.

Ocean Park Meadows is the best place to stay if you are going to Old Orchard Beach! Close enough to the attractions but in a quiet, peaceful spot, and walking distance from the beach. Plus the amenities are great: swimming pool, gym, pickle ball courts, shuffleboard, etc. It’s perfect for families! The unit itself could use some upgrades (kitchen gear, decor, mattresses), but the location makes up for these small details. Be aware that this unit (like most places in the area) is close to the train tracks, and lots of trains go by at all hours, many of them with their horn blaring. Also, it is a condo so there are many site rules and owners who live on site will let you know right away when you are breaking them! (for instance no towels on the railings, no balls in the pool, etc.)

7 days, lots to see and do. Quarter mile to pier, amusement park and arcade. Great food nearby and couple of hundred yards to the beach and ocean. Within 15 miles, antiques, lighthouses, and rocky coastlines. Portland is just up the road with more great food, fishing, whale watching and other activities. Had a great time in Maine and Old Orchard Beach!
