Excellent stay! 5-stars! The condo has a reliable elevator and the building is steps from the beach, easy access to the sand and sea. The bedrooms are large, with two Queen beds in each bedroom and some extra space. The unit boasts lots of kitchen supplies and small appliances. The place is filled with mirrors, allowing for more ocean views through some of the mirrors. The balcony is on the side of the condo building and you have a view of the water from some parts of the balcony. It is not a full ocean-front view. The pictures posted on the site were accurate. It was pleasant to sit on the balcony and we loved hearing the ocean waves, especially from the bedroom at night. This part of Ocean City is narrow. It is a quick walk across the street to see the sunset over the bay. We would watch the sun set over the bay and then watch the moon rise over the ocean. The kite-flying on the beach was great too. The TV in the living area is large and works well. Overall, I recommend this rental!

Loved our stay at the oceana II! The condo was very nice and clean. Loved how close it was to the beach! It's in a perfect area, close to good restaurants but far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk.

We stayed here for several nights and found the place to be very spacious and inviting. It was well maintained and had everything we needed to enjoy a relaxing time. Access to the beach is very convenient, just a few steps away. The view from the balcony was great too. Would definitely stay again.

There were 9 of us total (ranging from 2 to 40's), and we all LOVED our stay. We enjoyed being a bit further away from the boardwalk this time. We loved how peaceful it was there. The beach was absolutely amazing! I think this has to be my favorite place to stay in OCMD. The owner was absolutely awesome. He is very accommodating, and even has a good sense of humor!! It was very relaxing there, and he was very welcoming. He was thorough with the details. We actually don't have any complaints on our end. I can't say enough good things to convince you to book, while also trying not to make it unavailable for ourselves next time... haha! I think everyone should have the experience we had at least once. We saw a sailboat going down the shoreline one morning. Dolphins were even seen from the balcony the following morning (which I wasn't even looking for). Unexpectedly amazing!! Thanks again for having us. We hope to be back before you know it?! :-)

Needs blinds in living room and blinds fixed in master BR. Beds were very uncomfortable.

The condo was spacious and accommodating. The short walk to the beach was nice and the area was clean and quiet. There was stuff to do within walking distance and being a few blocks from the grocery was nice.

this was perfect for my friends and I. great location right on the beach and great communication with the owner.

It was in a perfect location for my group. It was far enough from the boardwalk that we didn't have to deal with much of the congestion, but close enough to easily drive. The condo was spacious and comfortable. My dog greatly enjoyed being out on the balcony and watching everything going on below us. There are more than enough cooking supplies should you want to use them. The beach was very clean and well kept. Overall, I would recommend staying here.

Stayed in April / off peak. Overall not too bad. Location 5 stars! Pet friendly! The high touch / heavy traffic areas - Beds, bathrooms, kitchen - were clean but some things had been overlooked i.e ~ Keurig machine (was filthy), floors, baseboards, headboards all needed cleaning. Communication w/ property owner was poor at best. I hadn’t received instructions & contacted him the day prior to our arrival. I didn’t get a response back until late (2:30am) the morning of our arrival in MD. The message simply stated he “had forgotten his laptop & couldn’t message me sooner”. The message was a generic summer season instruction that didn’t apply to our April stay. Obviously a cut, paste & send. Upon arrival to the property on day 1 we had issues with the TV service & hot water. All 3 TV’s were flashing various error messages and then we ran out of hot water almost immediately while showering. There were only 4 of us. I messaged the property owner alerting him to fact that he was having TV service & hot water issues. His response was short & simply stated that “he’s never had a complaint about running out of hot water. Even with a group of 10 staying” & “The TV’s were just hooked up the weekend before, when he was there, and were working fine”. He offered no help in regards to the hot water but did state that if we wanted to contact the TV service provider ourselves and speak with them we had permission to. We never did this. We were on a 5 day family trip & didn’t want to waste time with a service company. We managed to get a few channels working on main tv which was fine. We weren’t there to watch tv but the weather was a bit stormy and only wanted to use it when forced indoors. As for the hot water, it was never addressed. We just took quick (5minute) showers throughout the day and that worked fine. I would like to say, the day I mentioned hot water issues, I did see a hot water heater being replaced elsewhere in the building. I took pictures of all that I’ve stated but don’t see a spot to attach them to the review. I cleaned the unit up after ourselves & removed all garbage before we left. I wouldn’t return based on lack of communication & assistance from owner. Other than our initial TV / water messages he didn’t contact us any further during our stay to see how we were managing, if we still needed assistance. Nor did he contact us upon departure. In fact, the last time I heard from him was during the 2nd day of our stay.

Constantine is wonderful to work with. Condo was provided with linens, towels and some toiletries. Very nice televisions and good cable tv service for rainy days. Kitchen was supplied with everything we needed. Quiet location, although we were there in the offseason. Best of all, pet friendly!

It is in immaculate shape and the view is great. Talked with the Owner and he is really nice to work with.
