It would have been nice to know there is a tole bridge and to bring my own toilet paper and shampoo and dishwasher soap

We enjoyed our stay in Cape Coral. John was highly responsive and checked in with us the first day to make sure everything was as expected. The home was perfect - clean, well appointed and has everything you will need from a varity of cooler sizes to a beach umbrella in case you want to take a short drive to Fort Myers Beach. We will definitely stay here again!

We stayed at John's home in Cape Coral for our vacation. It is in a beautiful residential neighborhood, very close to stores such as Publix, Walgreens and Walmart, and a relatively short drive (20-30 minutes) to attractions in Ft. Myers. John's home is lovely. Kudos to John and his management and cleaning teams - the house has a very comfortable and homey feel, is tastefully decorated and was absolutely immaculate. The main living area was very spacious with plenty of comfortable seating and included the most well-stocked kitchen we have experienced in a vacation rental home. We felt very pampered in the main bedroom suite with the Egyptian cotton sheets on the comfy bed, the walk-in closet, and the roomy bathroom area. Since it was only the two of us staying there, we did not utilize the other bedrooms or full bathroom, but they were lovely, as well. We enjoyed the large screened-in lanai, which had lots of seating and a large pool. We also spent time fishing on the dock on the canal. Overall, we had a wonderful stay at John's home, and we highly recommend it!

We were impressed by the cleanliness of the house, only the oven could be a little cleaner. The facilities were very good and the availability of basic foodstuffs were helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

My stay, here was wonderful! The pool and lanai were beautiful and the house was very clean and had more than we expected. John was very responsive to any questions that we had. I definitely recommend this property.

John, as usual, was a top notch host and we appreciated our stay at his house. Since our last stay, the house has been renovated to a very beautiful open plan in the main room. Our king size bed was comfy and we enjoyed our dips in the sparkling clean pool and fishing off the dock. We even got to see a dolphin in our canal by the dock! The location is so perfect to access shops and restaurants without being right in the busyness of it all. We hope to return next year and visit again with the wonderful neighbours who became our friends this past stay.

Home away from home
This property had everything we needed to make it feel like home. The house was open, clean, quiet neighborhood, well stocked, and comfortable.
We had a great time during our stay and the girls especially enjoyed swimming everyday. We loved fishing from the dock for fun and it was nice to have spices, supplies and the grill available to cook whenever we wanted.
John was very nice and quick to communicate and accommodate our last minute request to check in early. It was nice to be able to come directly from the airport so our little one can nap comfortably.
We definitely would rent here again the next time we’re in Cape Coral.

I was not disappointed.
I sent questions to the owner the week before the rental started and had a call back within a half an hour. He even called mid week to ensure we had everything we needed.
The house is spotless. Everything we could have needed was provided. The pool was warm and wonderful. The grill was ready for us. We enjoyed many evenings at the outdoor dining room table.
Thanks for thinking of everything. We would love to come back and stay again!

Our very first impression when walking through the door was how wonderfully clean the house was and how great it smelled! Has all the amenities one would need from hair dryer to cooking spices. The view off the back of the house of the canal and pool was terrific. My ailing parents did water aerobics each morning. The owner made special accommodations for us that we are very grateful for. Minor internet connection issue occurred and the owner was extremely responsive and rectified the issue immediately. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your sweet home for Thanksgiving!

Our very first impression when walking through the door was how wonderfully clean the house was and how great it smelled! Has all the amenities one would need from hair dryer to cooking spices. The view off the back of the house of the canal and pool was terrific. My ailing parents did water aerobics each morning. The owner made special accommodations for us that we are very grateful for. Minor internet connection issue occurred and the owner was extremely responsive and rectified the issue immediately. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your sweet home for Thanksgiving!

We had some unexpected needs, a needle and thread to sew a button back on, a package of all color threads and needles were there. Also needed a bandaid, a whole drawer full of all sizes, plus antibiotic ointments were also there. John has thought of everything.
We had a wonderful time relaxing in the pool and enjoying our vacation.
This was our first VRBO rental, John is such a great host, made it so easy from start to finish, we would definitely rent his house again. We had a really great time.
