We were in Falmouth for our daughter’s wedding and the house was perfect for family! Great location, plenty of room and we loved the porch! We had a wonderful week

We rented this house for a family reunion. It was perfect! It’s a large house with plenty of space to hang out, both inside and out. The house is kept meticulously clean and has lovely furnishings. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and serve. The house’s proximity to the beach makes it the perfect place to rent in Falmouth. And the owner, Chris, was amazing to work with. Every question was instantly responded to. My only complaint is that our weekend was too short! We wish we could have stayed for a week.

We had a great week. It is a prime spot for the Falmouth Road race week. House was great and roomy. We loved hanging out on the front porch! We would definitely return

Had a great week celebrating my mother’s 80th birthday. House was just as expected, with plenty of room, and well equipped with everything we needed including plenty of beach chairs. It was an easy walk to the beach, and MV ferry terminal, and we had a great view of the impressive. Falmouth fireworks. Shipwreck and Soprano’s were both really good restaurants within walking distance. The only knock was the lack of any bedrooms on the main floor. Not ideal for our “young” seniors, but we knew this up-front, and they managed just fine. Chris was very responsive and I enjoyed meeting him when he stopped by to water the flowers and see how we were doing. We would definitely rent this house again.

Perfect for a family gathering!

My wife and I booked this house for our wedding weekend after reading multiple positive reviews of wedding party stays at Chris’s property. The house was perfect! It accommodated our large group easily, and it didn’t feel crowded at all with 16 guests. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to where you didn’t feel on top of each other. The backyard was also perfect for unwinding. The proximity to the beach and all things in Falmouth couldn’t be better. Chris was super communicative and responsive, and was very generous to allow us an early check in and late check out, which helped us a ton! We had an incredible, stress free weekend, and having the perfect rental with a great host really contributed to that. Thanks, Chris!

Spotlessly clean, wonderful location. I can’t recommend this property and its owner enough. I would come back here without hesitation. Thank you, for being one of the best parts of our daughters wedding weekend in Falmouth.

The property was as-advertised and great. A nice view of the ocean from the master balcony, a short walk to some great dining, and plenty of space for over a dozen guests to stay and not feel cramped. The backyard and large patio area were great for enjoying some nice weather.

Everything was so nice. My daughter got ready for her wedding with her bridesmaids on the 3rd floor. It worked out beautifully! The house was perfect. I now have a wonderful memory which includes this beautiful house!

Every part of our stay here was awesome! Check in was easy and there were plenty of rooms and space for our group of 12. We got in late on Thursday and all walked to the vineyard ferry (about 10 min) and had a great day on the vineyard! We ordered food from Shipwrecked restaurant that was right next door after sitting on the beach watching the sunset. On Saturday we walked to the black dog for breakfast and rented bikes next door and bike on the scenic bike trail to Woods Hole. The weather was perfect and the house suited a big group. We would definitely rent again!

Our bicycle group (Rocky Sprockets) has done a weekend bike trip for 42 years but we had never been to Falmouth. We found this beautiful house and had to delay last year due to COVID, so we rolled it over to this year. Chris the owner was great to us, ensuring the house had what we needed since we only had bicycles for transport. The house was awesome for us - enough sleeping surfaces for 11 guys and plenty of room to socialize and hang out together. The front porch with water views was a huge hit, as was the backyard patio, where we played cornhole while hanging out at the large table. We also rode the bike trails and the roads winding around the lagoons, inlets and waterfront areas in Falmouth. The weather was spectacular (except for the headwinds!) for outdoor activities, grocery and other shopping was nearby and the neighborhood was very quiet. Overall, the house fit all our needs and Chris was very accommodating. We could not have asked for a better experience. We would go back again without hesitation.

Great house: tons of space, very well stocked kitchen, updated and well decorated throughout, very clean, large comfortable living room for gatherings - but you will want to spend all of your time on the large front porch with the fire pit and in the large landscaped backyard. Steps to the beach and nearby restaurants. Easy access to downtown area for shops and more restaurants and the ferry to Martha’s Vineyard for a day trip. The owners could not be nicer or more helpful. Highly recommend and hope to return!!

Chris’s house was perfect for our needs and it had everything we could ask for! There are lawn games and beach games/toys as well as plenty of chairs and umbrellas. The accommodations are very comfortable for a large group of people. Everyone had a great time here. Thank you so much for opening your house to us!

This house is absolutely GORGEOUS; I couldn't have asked for a better weekend stay! I would recommend this place to anyone looking no matter what the occasion! It very comfortably slept 15 of us; accommodated 8 parked cars; had enough bathrooms and showers that only 2-3 people needed to share. I could go on and on about the house and its perfect, central location but, to be honest, the best part about renting this property was the property manager, Chris. He was SO accommodating (despite, I’m sure, being hit hard this past year with the pandemic) and was always readily available to answer any/all questions and concerns we had. On the day of, I reached out to him via Vrbo messaging to confirm the check-in process (which was so easy and simple I thought I must've been missing a step); I didn't think I would hear back from him so last minute but, to my surprise, he responded within minutes, not only answering my question but offering us early check in and late check out! He gave us his number in case we had further questions, reached out later on in the night to make sure we got in okay, and contacted me after the weekend to thank us for staying and hoping we had a good weekend! He was so personable and gracious, which was something I didn’t necessarily expect. He left very clear instructions on the check-out process and how to leave the house (i.e. AC’s off, windows closed/locked, etc.), which made the check-out process extremely easy and uncomplicated. As I said, I would recommend this house to ANYONE, no matter what the occasion, but I would especially recommend renting with the Newcomers. A majority of us are nurses and/or work in healthcare; after the past year we’ve all had, this weekend was exactly the thing we needed to get us back on track enjoying life and each other’s company again without the stressors that come with vacationing. Thank you so much again, Chris!! We had an incredible time and are already planning our next trip back!!

This property was amazing for a large group of ladies. Plenty of beds/baths, with parking for 8 vehicles. Great size yard for entertaining and lovey front porch to have a drink on while checking out the ocean view down the street. Steps to beach, bar and a cute Black Dog coffee shop about 6-8 minute walk in the neighborhood! We were even close enough to walk to the Boathouse bar and ferry if needed. Place is a 10 out of 10, can’t wait to go back for a family reunion next!
