This is a beautiful top floor unit with an unbeatable ocean view on seven mile beach. It is very clean with all the amenities for an extended family vacation. We used the on site exercise facility and snorkel almost everyday at the front area. This is a good location with close proximity to restaurants and Camana bay. It is safe and we even got to know the security person who patrol the premises after dark. The owner was very gracious, responsive and provided useful information to make this a very enjoyable vacation for us.

This condo was absolutely beautiful! It is in an amazing location and walkable to restaurants and shops. The owner was amazing at checking in before our trip to provide us with numerous recommendations for restaurants and dive shops and all things Cayman. He was so responsive to any and all questions we had before and during our stay. The condo - absolutely stunning!! The view when you walk in the condo is breathtaking. Nothing but ocean! The condo was extremely clean, well stocked with shower toiletries and dish/dishwasher soap and laundry detergent. The furnishings in the condo were gorgeous and comfortable! The balcony has tons of seating room and is the absolute perfect place for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine watching the sunset. That is if you can remove yourself from the beach. We felt like we had the beach to ourselves most of the time and of course the water on 7 Mile Beach is the best in the world. The staff do a wonderful job of making sure all of the beach lounge chairs and tables are organized and clean every morning. This condo is truly spectacular!! I cried tears of sadness having to leave it after a week.

Top notch- well stocked and spacious. Everything in immaculate condition. Equipped with everything. On the beach and almost in the water.

This is a beautiful property.....I can see the ocean from my bed! It’s always clean and the furnishings are top notch. Centrally located just down from the Marriott.... The beach is the best.

Family of 6 stayed over Thanksgiving break and made great memories and the unit was suitable for 15- 80 year olds. The casual restaurants in easy walking distance (Peppers and Cimboco) and shopping dining complex at Camana Bay are huge plus. Marriott for lobster night was excellent and just a stroll down the beach. Most important was the helpful and responsive owner Mick who is a travel agent/planner you get for no extra charge!... we literally used almost every suggestion he provided including restaurants, drivers, destinations, diving and even a referral to a dentist just in case! Minor things that popped up were handled expertly by Mick. You will have cooking in and eating out options that are convenient and the pool w grill are nice and provide ample seating for al fresco dining. Don't hesitate to book.

The short version of this review is Thumbs Way Up. The condo is as described, and the area is great.The wordier version follows. We had 8 people staying together (2 sets of adults and 2 sets of kids) and this place was perfect size. The kids had a room and bathroom to themselves and the adults didn’t have to share with them or each other. The living room and kitchen (and 1st master bedroom) have an amazing water view. The pictures do not lie. The kitchen was well equipped and there was plenty of room for the times we had 3 or 4 of us in there together. The balcony became a favorite spot for morning coffee and waiting to dry off after playing in the water (either the ocean or the pool). It was also fun to people watch the passersby. A few points, there is actually a decent amount of beach space dedicated to the condo residents use so you have your own chairs, umbrella and beach to use that is not open to the general public with plenty of space. Contrast that to the Marriot 2 or 3 buildings to the left where the chairs and umbrellas were on top of each other and the beach area so small the chairs were almost in the water with passers by walking thru the surf right next to anyone laying out. It was great to have the Marriot there as you can access their beach activities (banana boat rides/ parasailing/ kayaks/ snorkel gear), yet have a much better beach oasis for you and your family right next door.2nd the area is pretty good location wise. The area behind the condo (what you see from the balcony) is a nice beach. If you want a really wide beach area you go past the public beach about a quarter mile to the right, but for me the beach for the condo was great. The snorkeling right in front of the condo and the Marriot area is pretty good. The Marriot has some artificial reef /pot things to swim over and explore, and right in front of the condo is a decent chunk of real reef less than 50 yards offshore in maybe 15 feet of water. I ended up going out to that reef to say hi to the fish every day. Restaurant wise we were able to walk to everyplace we ended up at. We found the recommendations very accurate and really liked the Lone Star place with accurately describes itself as a great Dive Bar. You are also walking distance to Camana Bay (a newer retail / commercial development) which we enjoyed one evening. The only time we really had to take a taxi was to bring home the 1st grocery run from the store when we bought most of our we

His home is beautifully decorated and incredibly spacious for a family. From the cozy beds to cold a/c to huge living area, we felt like royalty overlooking the beautiful waters from the patio! Everything you would need is within walking distance and with Mick’s attention to detail - you won’t miss a thing! We loved our stay and look forward to returning!

This condo has such a great view and location! We loved having the direct beach access and chairs! Mick was so helpful by letting us know restaurant recommendations and what to do in the area. The condo itself was very clean and had all of the amenities we needed to enjoy our time there. We can’t wait to go back!

Beautiful condo on Seven Mile Beach. It has everything you need for a great stay in Grand Cayman. The owner Mick was a great host and is very responsive. This is our second time to stay at this condo. Definitely will not be our last. Highly recommend.

Lovely Condo on 7 mile beach with an incredible patio overlooking the beach. Excellent furnishings in mint condition and a great kitchen. Mick is a very responsive and gracious host. His instructions and recommendations were all excellent - he really goes out of his way to help make your vacation stress-free. When we left and got to the airport that day, I realized that I had left my wedding ring and some other jewelry on the bedside table. I contacted Mick and he immediately made a call to the onsite manager. They were able to take a photo and confirm that my jewelry was in the Condo. Mick also kept me informed and provided different options to send me my jewelry. In the end, we decided that the best course of action is for him to hand-carry it back to the US when he and his wife visit Cayman next month and he'll send it to me from the US. That is above and beyond our contract but his kindness and concern is what makes him an incredible host. Thank you Mick!!!! We would recommend your home and your follow through unconditionally.

I am as skeptical as they come, so I was very reluctant to trust all the rave reviews on VRBO about Mick's condo. Well, my family and I just returned from a week on Grand Cayman staying in this beautifully decorated, incredibly comfortable three BR condo. I'm thrilled to say that it fully lives up to the hype. But perhaps the best single part of the experience, aside from the literal beach front location, is the owner Mick, who went miles above and beyond what I could have anticipated an owner would do for someone renting his place for just a week. Mick reached out to me about a week before our departure by phone and over the course of 30 min spoke to me as if we'd known each other for years about his favorite restaurants, activities, and out of the way spots to escape the crowds. He even called me back on the way to his dentist appt because he forgot to tell me even more helpful information. In addition, I received probably 10 texts and emails with additional practical information about the island and the condo unit. He checked in periodically during our stay to make sure things were going smoothly. Amazing communication. All in all, we hated to leave this beautiful island and gorgeous and well maintained condo. My family and I just got back from visiting the Cayman Islands and stayed at this condo. It was very clean and had everything you need. Mick was great and was available to answer any questions when we had them. It is in a great location and the private beach is awesome! We enjoyed our time there and can’t wait to go back!

We loved staying here! My husband and I brought our three kids ages 12, 14 and 16. They had a ball! The Marriott being next door was good for them to explore and do water sports when we did not have an "adventure" planned, or even to grab some fries for a pool side snack.. The snorkeling in front of the Marriott is also good now that they sunk some underwater reefs in front. Bring snorkel gear! I also understand they will let you feed the fish squid while snorkeling. That looked fun! Also, Captain Marvin's for Sting Ray City is a MUST DO. Everyone on the island is super helpful and nice. Back to this condo: It has impressive views and is very nice. Also, it is very well stocked. You can also tell that he "went the extra mile" in many areas (like the caliber of the towels, the outdoor cushions, etc) to make your experience a more "luxurious" one. The owner is also super helpful and willing to give you tons of tips and pointers on the best way to enjoy your vacation in Grand Cayman! If there was an option for ten stars, this one would earn all 10! So, I also like to give some sort of "critique" with each review, so it doesn't seem disingenuous. I had to think long and hard to come up with anything Mick could improve on. The only thing I can say is, a nice kitchen knife would be nice for those of us that like to cook.... They have knives, but we are a little picky about our chef knives... That having been said, that is really the only thing I could come up with! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! We had a ball!

I booked this condo due to the raving reviews others shared when renting with Mick. He’s an exceptional host that really made us super excited for our first trip to Cayman. As we approached our departure date we received a phone call from him where he shared tips and suggestions on how to enjoy the island more. Where to dine, what to bring, how to pack. With the busyness of summer and young kids out of school having this provided for me was a wonderful thing. The location of the condo is right where you want to be on 7 mile beach. On vacation we opted to dine out but had we decided to cook at home we’d have everything we need in the spacious kitchen. The condo is well kept and beautifully decorated. There were plush towels, comfy beds cozy furniture and a spectacular views and a communicative host. What else can you ask for?! Stops searching for what might be better because this home is hands down the best!!!

This unit is very well appointed offering an ocean front view and essentially private beach area. The condo was spacious so that our group of six didn’t feel on top of each other which helps for a great vacation ! The unit also offered a lanai overlooking the Sea where we spent several evenings watching the sunset. We found this unit to be in a perfect location within minutes of Georgetown and activities towards the north end of SMB. The opening of Camana Bay provides a trendy shopping and dining area with a movie theater within a short walking distance. The owner Mick offers great advice on atttactions and restaurants. I would highly recommend this condo.

Mick was fabulous! Prepared us for our stay with lots of great information about places to eat, excursions to book, and activities to see. The condo is up to date with everything you would need for a relaxing stay. Beautiful ocean view that rivals most postcards and brochures!! Easy access to 7 mile beach and snorkeling. Easy access to restaurants by foot, taxi, or automobile. Beautiful pavilion with pool, grill, and turtle ponds with fountains. The Caymans is so safe and the locals are friendly and courteous. We will definitely be back in the future.

This condo was so beautifully decorated yet so comfortable for our family that we truly were so sad to leave. The balcony was so nice with four comfortable lounge chairs, fans, a table and chairs and the view of the ocean was stunning. along with the same view from the living area, kitchen and master bedroom. The condo, including the kitchen, had everything in it you would ever need. It was as nice as all of the pictures if not nicer. It was in easy walking distance to restaurants both on the beach or across the road to Camana Bay. The beach was wide for the condo property and there were plenty of chairs and umbrellas for everyone. The owner was so helpful with tips on taxis, restaurants, and everything we needed and really gave the vacation a personal touch. We will be going back and renting this condo again.

We also enjoyed watching the sunset from the balcony in the evenings. The location is so convenient. There are a variety of restaurants and shops in walking distance. Mick was great about making sure we had all the information we needed before and during our stay. He was always prompt to respond to any questions we had. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hated to leave.
