We had a great stay, no problems at all. Short and easy walk to a beach, that was never crowded. They have thought of everything.

We had an excellent stay at Matt & Stacey’s property. It was beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and so close to private beach access. Little details including portable crib made for easy bedtime with a little one who is used to routine. We will definitely return next time we come to Florida. Host had great communication as well.

Loved our stay! Very close walk to the pool and beach. Wonderful neighborhood. So nice to hv beach chairs awaiting us at the beach daily. The condo was perfect for our family of 6!!

Everything was absolutely perfect with our stay. I highly recommend this property! Communication wasn't necessarily during our stay as everything was perfect, but the owner checked in with us and responded promptly to our questions. The beach chair setup being included is a super bonus. Would definitely stay at this property again, the house is very up to date and plenty of room. This is our second time staying in La Valencia Circle and this is our favorite beach vacation spot.

Perfect location. We greatly appreciated the chairs and umbrellas on the beach! The house is beautiful with lots of attention to detail. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The soaps and shampoos were a pleasant touch. The outside yard was wonderful for after-beach relaxing. The beds were SO comfortable. No problems whatsoever this vacation! We definitely want to use this home again next summer!!

We had a wonderful time at Matt and Stacey's. A beautiful place with easy access to the beach. And Matt was very responsive to any questions that we had. We couldn't have asked for a better place to celebrate my 70th birthday!!
And the icing on the cake was walking onto the beach and seeing our chairs and umbrellas waiting for us! Awesome!!

My family and I had a wonderful spring break at the Sea Otter! We have three children - ages 15, 13, and 9 and this place was perfect! Beautifully decorated, very clean, comfortable beds, plenty of space, three full bathrooms, private neighborhood, and plenty of added amenities!
The beach chair/umbrella service was great! My kids loved riding the bikes in the neighboorhood and playing tennis too. Really liked the private neighboorhood and easy walk to the beach and pool.
Hosts are fantastic - great communication and easy check in/out. Highly recommend this property!

This is the second stay at this location for us. It is a great location with an easy walk to the beach. The house is well stocked, clean, and a beautiful place to rest and hang out. The check in and check out procedure are as easy at it gets. We are thankful for this find and have the best beach vacays while there!

This house was the perfect size and location from the beach. It was a short 3 minute walk. The house had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. The bikes were great, just wish there were two more but it’s nothing that we couldn’t bring. The owners were great, easily accessible, and easy to work with. Definitely a great place and the beach is beautiful!!

Nice and Private
We enjoyed our stay as we were looking for a place that had the space we needed and able to drive up to the front door for the grandparents. I wish the bunk room was upstairs so the grandparents didn't have to go up the stairs but it wasn't that bad.

The property is perfect for a family with teenagers or younger children. Everything was provided. A short walk to the pool which was enjoyed many times and also the beach. The hosts were amazing. The only negative for me was that at aged 62 with some health problems ,I found the stairs to be challenging . I also found the Master bath to be a problem for me to access. It is a combination bath/shower and a very high step up.
The neighboughhodd is very quiet and over all this was a very positive experience.

Excellent time at La Valencia & Sea Otter
Great 3 bedroom house in La Valencia, good communication from owner Matt, love that this place had necessaries like garbage bags, toilet paper, coffee & filters, etc., and had some unexpected perks like 2 bicycles, beach chairs, tennis rackets, beach toys, etc. All in all, it was a great experience!

The property is perfect for a family with teenagers or younger children. Everything was provided. A short walk to the pool which was enjoyed many times and also the beach. The hosts were amazing. The only negative for me was that at aged 62 with some health problems ,I found the stairs to be challenging . I also found the Master bath to be a problem for me to access. I contacted the owner which responded immediately and sent me $50 to throw the litter box away and I also cleaned the closet floor and walls but the smell never went away unfortunately. The sofa bed downstairs was also broken. (Owner aware very attentive)The downstairs room was not very clean. Under the bunkbed and couch there was food and trash that was there from day one. The downstairs room seemed to have all the issues on this trip. Everything outside of the downstairs room was great. Cleaning crew may need to focus a bit more on that room since I would assume kids utilize that room often. We really liked we were in a gated community. I appreciated the attentiveness and quick response from the owner when needed. I appreciated the $50 for the litter box but would have done it for free. 😀

Great place! There was nothing I needed that the owners did not think about. Everything was there..
My only suggestion is to touch bases with the laundry service. They are leaving a few clean, but dingy hand towels and wash cloths. I also killed 2 bugs, but they may have come in from the outside.

Our family spent a week here for our vacation and wedding. The location and neighborhood were both great. The property was nice and the owners were responsive. I would suggest they look into another cleaning company perhaps though. There was laundry left in the washer when we arrived which left an odor upstairs. The rugs were not swept, there were several trash cans with no liners. Upon emptying the main can near the kitchen, we discovered sitting water inside the can beneath the liner that had been left there for some time. We took the can out to spray and dry before relining it for use. There were no hand soaps in any areas needed which I thought was odd? Kitchen sink, bathrooms, nothing. I did bring several pumps from home just in case and I’m glad I did. The home was very nice with decor and furniture. Comfortable for our group of 6. Having a fan in each closet was definitely a perk there. The nest air conditioning unit seemed to regulate itself regardless of what we turned it to, so it definitely stayed a bit cold throughout the majority of our stay. The kids definitely utilized the sleeper sofa! All the beds were nice and comfy, my only suggestion would be to change the top bunk mattress to one not so tall. It was as high as the wood paneling of the bunk it sat in, which made the kids nervous to roll off from way up there. Overall a good stay for us. Thank you.

It had enough room for about 8 people. The only downside was the parking space. I'm not really sure if we would've had room for my truck and their van even if the golf cart wasn't parked there. The overall stay was excellent. You won't go wrong with booking this place.

Wonderful week!
My adult daughters, my aunt, and I thoroughly enjoyed our week at Matt and Stacey's home. The home is in a very quiet gated community but centrally located to many activities. The home is very well stocked with things to make your beach vacation relaxing and enjoyable (i.e. well stocked kitchen, grill, beach wagon, bikes, beach chairs, comfortable beds, outdoor sitting areas, and so much more.) Also, the communication from Matt and Stacey was great and very much appreciated. I would not hesitate to rent again and will be recommending this Florida home to others.

Great Vacation Home
We had a great time at the Sea Otter at La Valencia. The house was clean, beautifully decorated, and it had everything we needed for a great week. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were extremely comfortable, and the beach chairs were a big plus.

Sea Otter — wonderful home/location
House was perfect for our two families. Comfortable and spacious with 3 bed/3 bath. Room to spread out inside and outside (front porch, back patio, and a seating areas off both upstairs bedrooms). Kitchen had everything we needed to make meals at ‘home’. Bathrooms and water pressure were good. Most comfortable beds we’ve had at a VRBO. So nice to have a washer and dryer in the house. There was an outdoor closet full of beach chairs, boogie boards, sunshade, tennis rackets and a wagon — it was so nice to be able to use all of this. Walk to the beach was quick and easy (about 3 minutes). The water and white sandy beach are beautiful and not crowded. This house is located in a quiet section of the main road, but you are close to restaurants/shops/pier park/etc if you want to venture away from the house and private beach (approx. 4 miles). Some good restaurants: Shades, Sharkys, and Dick’s Last Resort. Thomas’ donut shop was always busy in the morning with about an hour+ wait. Matt and Stacey were great to work with - they answered all of our questions, the process was smooth and easy from beginning to end, and they even offered great suggestions/advice regarding the area. We definitely would recommend this house to anyone looking for a great property close to the beach.

Numerous trips to Cancun, Puerto Rico, cruises , and our children now refuse to go anywhere else, Panama City is beautiful . Just one complete! Numerous trips to Cancun, Puerto Rico, cruises , and our children now refuse to go anywhere else, Panama City is beautiful . Just one complete! The maid service arrived 40 minutes before check out and come in the house, we defiantly felt rushed.

A great family vacation
The house was perfect for our family of five, including two teens. Communication was quick and thorough from the day we booked. Having a bathroom in every bedroom was great! Upon arrival there were some crumbs on the counter and the stove needed a quick cleaning, otherwise the place was in beautiful condition. The walk to the beach was short and easy and the fact that there were beach carts, chairs, and other supplies available was wonderful. This was just the vacation my family needed after 7 months stuck at home!

Great stay, close to the beach!
Book it! It's a great location, steps from the beach. My daughter-in-law, who is due in November, had no trouble walking back and forth. We had more than enough space for our group which consisted of 5 adults and 1 child. There was a wagon, beach chairs, and boogie boards that we used every day. The wagon was so helpful carrying our things back and forth. The townhome is well-equipped and quite spacious. Matt was a great! Easy to contact and to work with! Our family can't wait to stay at their place again!

Family vacation
My family has a wonderful vacation here. The house is fantastic. It was super clean and decorated so nicely. The beds were very comfortable too. The location is great. It is a short walk to the beach. The beach has plenty of open space. Much nicer than the overcrowded beaches of Rosemary or Panama City. Although grocery stores, etc are very close.
Check in and communication with owners was very easy. This is a first class accommodation!!

Relaxation
Great area, house was super cute and clean, close to restaurants, grocery stores and Pier Park. Just a short walk across the street to the beach....they even had a storage area full of beach toys and chairs. Definitely would stay there again.

Perfect vacation spot
My family and I enjoyed our stay tremendously. The accommodations were top-notch! The townhouse is beautifully decorated and has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. I especially loved the deck and the comfortable lounge chairs off of the master bedroom. Perfect for morning coffee and devotional time. While the townhouse is across the street from the ocean, the walk was very short and the owner had wagons that allowed us to easily carry our tent and chairs. Loved staying at this home!

Truly Lovely
Matt was great to work with and the property had everything we needed and more. I am super picky about decor and cleanliness and this townhouse passed my test with flying colors. It feels brand new. La Valencia has a great set up for beach and pool. And this is by far the best looking condo for rent there. It exceeds all others in this price range by a lot. I would stay there again!
