The condo was beautiful we have stayed at treasure island the last 4 years by far the best unit we stayed in.we spent every morning on the balcony for coffee and breakfast enjoyed seeing all the sea life dolphins stingrays and schools of fish.We would definitely rent from here again .Top Notch

Ten days of beautiful weather, perfect temperatures for umbrella sitting and wave jumping. Condo was just as described, very clean, super nice love this location! Couldn’t have ask for anything more. Host was most accommodating and granted each special request we ask for.

This is a gorgeous condo. It is clean, comfortable and is beautifully decorated. The 20th floor balcony gives you a stunning view of the Gulf, the beach and pool below. We saw giant sting rays, huge schools of fish and dolphins in the water. Panama City Beach is fun with no shortage of shops to visit and restaurants with delicious food. Highly recommend!

We had a great time. The condo is nicely furnished. We loved how we could easily walk to schooners for dinner. The owners were also easily in reach to make sure we had a great time.

This has been the most wonderful week. We arrived on Saturday 7/16 and the condo was total perfection. This is our 3rd year at Treasure Island Resort. This was definitely our favorite condo!! Thank you again!!

Great location
My family and I truly enjoyed the condo. Left a few seasonings spices and TP for the next guests. The condo was everything it said it was and very spacious!The view was amazing. The property and pool were very nice and safe. The beach was beautiful! Thank you!!

Another great year
We enjoyed another great year at this property. This was our fourth year and third different unit. As expected this years unit was clean, well decorated and owners were available if needed. The building itself is always clean and staff is very friendly and helpful. We loved walking to Schooners a few times. The crab cakes and cheesy grits are the best. It’s also close to Patches, a local bar with really good wings and pizza. It’s also within walking distance to shopping, Ice cream, golf cart rental and the marina. We always recommend the Sea Screamer. The resort has a family friendly atmosphere each time we have been there which has included Spring Break and Bike Week. You will not be disappointed in this unit.

The unit is beautiful. The owner contacted me two days prior to check in to inform us that beach re-nourishment would be taking place the week we were there. (Beach re-nourishment is basically adding more sand to the beach that has been washed away usually due to severe storms.) She said they had just received notice of this. It was too late to book another unit someplace else, and she hadn't offered a refund so we were already financially committed.. The owner mentioned in an email that she had been watching the crew move down the beach over the past (few) weeks on some kind of camera monitoring system. We were hopeful that it wouldn't be much of an inconvenience. WERE WE WRONG! There were multiple bulldozers, dump trucks, orange plastic fencing, traffic cones that lined the beach on either side for 1/2 to a mile in each direction. The beach in front of the condo was blocked off but we were told we could use the beach on either side. They worked 24/7, morning, afternoon and night, utilizing lights that lit up the entire beach throughout the night. Each time one of the trucks backed up, they made a beeping sound. The constant roar of the trucks even put a damper on our time at the pool. When the "sand replenisher" was running (drawing sand from the depths of the gulf), it sounded like a freight train. I wish I could attach the photos and videos I sent tot he owner to this review. We had one quiet day because it had rained the night before. IT WAS NICE TO FINALLY HEAR THE OCEAN WAVES! The crew resumed their work in the middle of the night, and were back up and running by dawn. I kept the owner updated the first couple of days but it really didn't matter because there wasn't anything she could do about the noise and disruption going on outside. She did have control of how she responded to it. When we returned home, I contacted her requesting some type of compensation for our inconvenience. She offered us a discount to come and stay again, and equated our ordeal to a week of rain. There is no way what we experienced could EVER be equated to a week of rain. A local told us that this is the third time the beach has had to be re-nourished in 10 years. Apparently, The Army Corps of Engineers work on it for months on end. We decided not to take that chance again and re-book with her. I would be cautious renting anything in this general area. I guess the most important thing is that the owners collected my money with little regard to my experience.

Perfection!
Each detail regarding our stay was perfect. The communication and ease of booking with Susie was delightful. This unit is absolutely gorgeous. Upon arrival it was sparkling clean, spacious, and well decorated. The view of the ocean is incredible. The balcony is HUGE! Kitchen is well appointed and beds are comfortable. Check in process was fast and easy. Luggage carts are widely available. Keyless entry is a huge plus. Owner is very responsive.
The only downside to this condo is the beach chair situation. Side note…..there are very few chairs around the pool and none of the pool chairs have umbrellas. You may not reserve a chair with a towel by the pool. There are plenty of chairs on the beach, however there are only a small amount of the wood bench chairs as shown in the listing. The majority of the chairs are wood framed canvas chairs. All chairs have umbrellas on the beach. They set them up in rows. Front row has 24 sets of wood bench chairs along with many more sets of wood framed canvas chairs. The second row is all wood framed canvas chairs. You must reserve the first row and the reservation is for the week. You can only reserve by going to the beach stand and talk to Joe. My recommendation is that upon check in, head straight to the beach stand and talk to Joe and set up your front row spot for the week. If you fail to do this on Saturday (as I did), you will be stuck in the second row until at least 12:30 each day where then you have a chance to move up to the first row when a first row person doesn’t show up. Joe will tell you when it’s time. On a prior review, I saw someone describe getting a good spot on the beach as a full contact sport. This is accurate. I did reach out to the owner for help with this, and while she did try to intervene, it was of no use since Treasure Island uses a third party to run the beach chairs, the owner has no control over how the chairs are reserved. Also there is beach space in front of the front row and so anyone who brings their owns chairs and umbrella are free to set up right in front of you, blocking your view to the ocean… and believe me… people set up right in front of the entirety of first row every day. The beach area is large but small for such a large building. It felt a bit cramped to me. This was my first time in PCB, so maybe this is how it is in every building. I really don’t know.
Bottom line is this is a great condo. If you can get to the beach on Saturday before 5 (earlier the better), you will have it made in the shade!

This unit is absolutely gorgeous. Upon arrival it was sparkling clean, spacious, and well decorated. The view of the ocean is incredible. The balcony is HUGE! Kitchen is well appointed and beds are comfortable. Check in process was fast and easy. Luggage carts are widely available. Keyless entry is a huge plus. Owner is very responsive.

Perfect PCB get away!
We travel often, and this condo was by far the cleanest, well decorated and well equipped condo that we have ever stayed in. Susie immediately responded to my questions and was a pleasure to work with! We will definitely be staying again.

Met Every Expectation
No amount of accolades can describe the quality of the unit and the superior and professional service that was rendered to me, my wife, granddaughters and sister in law and her twins. From Initial contact to the unit management to the onsite Treasure Island staff each one was attentive and genuinely professional and caring.
We normally vacation on the other side of the beach but found the area to be more family oriented, less congested yet had pretty much everything we wanted to include being next to St Andrews Park. The on-site pool Liza Grill and shop had marvelous sandwiches and non alcoholic drinks and the chairs and umbrella that came with the unit were so nice and convenient. A few hours each day on the beach, wash off and then hit the pool wore the kids out a bit and then off for early dinner, amusement parks and some shopping. The Dolphin and Snorkeling Tour rated no. 1 by TripAdvisor was the highlight of the family’s vacation. The family went out with an experienced captain and saw dolphin, snorkeled and collected shells on Shell Island. and we’re chased by seagulls! Well worth the cost and will definitely do it every year. Great to be out of the house, vacationing with family and will look to rebook in the same area
