Our stay was nothing short of lovely. Jennifer and Gregg were so kind as to put out snacks such as granola, coffee, and fruit during our stay. My sister and I were so grateful for how prime the location was to city of Burlington, yet how quaint and quiet it was at night. We are so thankful and would definitely recommend staying here!

We loved this pristine apartment, with its contemporary art, books, and touches like local granola, organic milk for the french press, and coffee provided by the host. We also enjoyed exploring the restaurants and bars in this town, which is close to Burlington.

The space was immaculately clean and thoughtfully decorated with original art and uniquely Vermont touches. We had a great time exploring recommended local spots. Would definitely stay again!

Great property and location. Very comfy. Jennifer and Gregg are wonderful hosts. We loved the local coffee, granola, and milk in a glass bottle, as well as the fresh fruit bowl that provided.

This place perfect for our anniversary trip to Vermont! The place was so nice with many food choices close by. You can either walk just across the bridge or drive 5 minutes to Church Street Market area. The amenities available to us were so nice. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is thinking of staying in the area!!

This property is in a great location near restaurants and close proximity to Church Street and is very clean with off street parking. It had everything we needed and would recommend it.

My mom and I visited over the holidays and Jennifer and Gregg were so lovely and friendly! The guest house had little snacks, fruit and juice waiting for us and it was very clean! There was a lot of amazing art on the walls too and the location of the property was close to all of the places we wanted to visit! I highly recommend!!

This is a great location within walking distance of downtown Winooski VT with variety of dining venues, specialty shops, groceries, and nature/urban walking trails. A short drive to the tourist sites in downtown Burlington and its surroundings. A real gem!

This was a beautiful place to stay in Burlington, VT. It is truly a hidden gem along the Winooski River close to many restaurants in the area. We loved the cozy atmosphere, the garden and resident cats. There were some healthy goodies for breakfast and we appreciated the privacy and quiet of this lovely place. If you are looking for the BEST place to stay in Vermont, look no further. This property is an absolute gem! Starting with the property itself, the guest house is incredibly clean, well thought out, and wonderfully organized. The kitchen had all of the amenities including fresh fruit, milk, granola, yogurt, and numerous other delectables upon arrival. The bed is extremely comfortable, the linens all very soft and sparkling white, and the bathroom shower had wonderful water pressure. There are comfy chairs and a couch for lounging, lots of good reading material, and a great deck with Adirondack chairs for a quiet retreat overlooking the garden. The location of the property is perfect for foodies. We were able to walk to dinner every night with no less than 10-15 restaurants to choose from. Additionally, there are beautiful falls right across the street with great walking paths in both directions. The guest house is also just a two mile drive from downtown Burlington and a half-mile walk from the UVM campus. Finally, the hosts, Jennifer and Gregg couldn’t have been more accommodating. They casually checked in as we were coming and going to make sure we had everything we needed. They also were able to offer up lots of suggestions for places to go snd things to see. They were very welcoming and gracious. You will not find a better set of hosts or property in Vermont. We love the Dubuque Lane Guest House!!!!

If we didn't have to get back to our normal lives, I'm not sure we would have left. : )

The room was beautiful with great artwork everywhere. It was easy to get everywhere we wanted to go all week. The parking in the car port was so convenient. Loved everything about this place. Will be back.

The space was so clean and comfortable. The owners are gracious and thought about all the details to make guests feel welcome. We will be disappointed if this property is booked when we to Burlington!

This is the cutest apartment in Burlington! Every little detail has been cared for. Sparkling clean. Interesting, fun art work around every corner. Great location across the street from the Winooski river. Walking distance to town. Riverwalk across the bridge. We even walked to Church street and the waterfront. Quite neighborhood. There was no clutter. The kitchen was well appointed with the necessities. Every inch of the apartment was spotless. We had a great weekend there. Perfect size for up to 4 adults. Will stay here again for sure.
