We had such a fantastic time! The place was so clean, comfortable, and in such a great location. The kitchen is well equipped, and there is plenty of extra blankets and linens in the home. We hope to stay again here.

Reviewer Comments:
The rental process was easy. Picking up the key was straightforward. The house was very clean with a well-equipped kitchen. The view, which is through a corner of the living room inside, is minimal but more wide and awesome from the smallish deck on the front of the home. As typical with seaside houses, there is a musty odor but not over-powering. The three bedrooms are all downstairs from the main living area so stairs could be an issue. There is a half bath on the main living area. The bedrooms were always a bit too cool. It was nice to have space inside the garage to park the car.

We really enjoyed this property in Cambria. It is in a great location on a quiet street. It is tastefully decorated with a very usable kitchen. The beds were comfortable and the linens and towels were good. We enjoyed the views from the upper floor. The Fiscalini Ranch Preserve and Moonstone Beach are nearby, and it is a short drive to San Simeon and the Elephant Seal preservation area.

Reviewer Comments:
rental process fine, no problems. Property is worn, tired looking. A little dirty, needs good thorough cleanin, inside and out. Backyard not usable, dirty, unkempt, furniture dirty. Otherwise okay for rental. View better than shown online, so that was a plus.
