Clean, comfortable, good location right next to the beach.

Flat had everything we needed. We enjoyed our stay.

Would have been nice to have a braai facility at the front of the flat. Also the picture that is shown of the flat is actually of no 18 I think so it looks like there is no sand dune directly in front of no8. Also to unload our car from the parking inside to the back door was a bit of a mission, but when we packed up we parked the bakkie in front of the flat and that was way easier to load all our stuff in.

Location and facilities

The bed in main bedroom needs to be replaced and the sofa in living area needs replacement.

Noxi was lovely, she met with us to hand over keys and was very friendly

The owner is VERY RUDE. We found out we had booked the wrong day and not the day we arrived, I immediately returned to the property (was at a grocery store and had not unpacked or moved in) and handed back the keys. I asked the owner if we could change our dates, she was incredibly rude and refused to change the date or give me any refund. After contacting Booking.com, they helped me to change the date (I had to pay more money). We also found out that the property had been broken into on multiple occasions, just read the google reviews so I gave the booking to a male friend.

Clean, lovely sea view and comfortably furnished with all you need in a kitchen.

The bed mattresses were old and uncomfortable and need replacing on all beds. The street lights shine directly into the bed room windows. While the location offers great proximity to beach and a beautiful view, it is also on the roadside and a parking lot with an eatery and the Saturday night noise was loud.

I really enjoyed the unit as a whole. The place was very warm in winter, and it suited our family. We could walk out to the beach and had a beautiful view. The kitchen was perfect and the place was spotlessly clean. The hosts were very helpful, and helped us get in when our key fell off the keyring. The place felt very safe with the beams. It was quiet and there was always hot water.

The WiFi might as well not have been there. It was so slow, it could not load a webpage. An upgrade is seriously needed. You have this beautiful smart TV in the lounge, but can't use it because the WiFi is pathetic. And the double bed is so uncomfortable. The right side has completely collapsed, and eventually I slept downstairs on a single mattress to get some sleep. The mattress should be upgraded, because the quality of the apartment deserves more.
