Friendly host, great neighborhood.

The third bedroom (in the loft) did not close as the latch did not line up with the hole. It's a minor inconvenience. Mentioning this so that the owner can fix.

There are many tourists in Cordoba during the summer and this location being downtown close to the Mezquita is very quiet and peaceful.

Since I was already in Córdoba and the apartment was ready I could check in early, which was very nice. The location is excellent, right in front of the Royal Stables. Rafael has been very helpful.

Location!!! Literally across from the royal stables, and minutes from the Mezquita, Alcazar, and Patios. Really clean and comfortable. It is spacious and has everything you need. Loved the modern design juxtaposed with the traditional tiled stairs in this duplex apartment. And the host, Rafae, was very responsive.

Position, cleaning and kindness of the owner

last bedroom was up a metal spiral staircase with sharp metal bits making it a bit difficult to get up properly

The property was very close to the sights and in the old town. All the needful was there in both kitchen and bathroom, including a coffee maker and capsules. You needed the electric heater for the large bathroom. The bedding was nice and there were enough towels. There was an air conditioner with which to heat the large rooms. There was even a washing machine. The owners were pleasant and helpful but had limited English. Spanish guests predominate.

The property was hard to find and the electric lock on the outside door very fiddly. I was thrice let in by other guests who also had this problem. The apartment was very large but separated on two floors: it was only centrally heated in the two main rooms (lounge/dining room and bedroom) which made it a little uncomfortable moving around since it is cold at night.
