My husband, I and our two grown children stayed at this beautiful home over Christmas Week. The owners were very helpful, accommodating and communicative throughout the entire process. We asked if there would be Christmas decorations (prepared to bring a tree ourselves). They offered to decorate for us and WOW! There were TWO beautiful Christmas trees, a life-sized singing, dancing, Santa, and lovely decorations throughout the home. I wish I could share our photos. The house is gorgeously decorated and equipped with every possible thing you would desire for a luxury vacation! And it was sparkling clean! We would be thrilled to stay for Christmas, or any other time, again!

A beautiful house with every detail attended to. We stayed in the house during a wonderful wedding weekend in Spring Lake for our daughter. It could not have been more perfect for us. It was in a lovely centrally located area; it was quiet and private; adequate parking; comfortable beds and bedding; gorgeous bathrooms; great seating area attached to the kitchen; excellent communication with house owners. I absolutely loved our vacation. The house is fully equipped with everything you could ever want or need for your stay. The owners treat the property like it’s a hotel - linens and towels are professionally washed, there are soaps and other bathroom items (blow dryer). We also loved using the beach items. The wagon was great. It is a 12 minute walk to the beach and is so nice on a beautiful day. The owners were so sweet and responsive. Very professional and really care about the property and their guests. We loved it so much that we booked again for next summer. Thank you guys for the best two weeks!

Fully appointed spacious and beautiful home offering every amenity you might need for a family vacation. We enjoyed the lovely porch, deck, gardens and backyard as well as proximity to the beach. The owners were wonderful and very responsive. Great experience we hope to repeat again soon.

We had an absolutely perfect week at this gem of a property in Spring Lake Heights. It was really well located. The street is quiet, easy to get back/forth to the beach and very practical for food shopping & more. Most importantly, the house was beautiful and inviting. The garden and porch seating were so charming we almost didn't want to go to the beach! The host was incredibly communicative and the house was STOCKED with towels, linens, extra mattress and more. It was just perfect. By far one of the best VRBO rentals we have ever rented. This home is absolutely worth it - especially if you have a large group. The kitchen is fantastic for larger meals with ample indoor and outdoor dinner seating. Truly a spectacular and practical home. Thank you to the owners who made our week so wonderful!

After renting this house last year we liked it so much we decided to come back again to this beautiful home. Our teenagers and even the adults enjoyed riding bikes to the beach each day. This is a home that everyone felt comfortable in and we had plenty of room. My 86 year old mother in law was very comfortable in the first floor master bedroom and my wife and I took the larger master on the third floor. There was something for all of us at this home. Property is beautiful and house is beautifully decorated. Kitchen is amply supplied and the ability to sit together inside or outside is wonderful. Great family neighborhood, landscaped yards and gorgeous homes. We were very comfortable in the home. The only disappointment was the bikes. the house only has two bikes stored in the basement and they are old and difficult to ride. Other than that, the house and vacation were perfect.

After my son and his bride decided to marry in Spring Lake, I decided as the groom’s Mom, to book a rental house conveniently located to the rehearsal dinner and wedding venues. I also wanted to find a perfect location to host an open house style coffee and tea gathering for family members to drop by to say hello and goodbye to the bride and groom. The house on vrbo I selected was more than perfect. My stay was magnificent. The house was perfect for all my adult children, significant others, cousins, and friends, to gather and spend some nights, as I prepared for the events of the weekend. The house was so gorgeous i knew the bridal party just had to get ready there . The photographers came to catch many photo opps of the bride, bridesmaids, and groomsmen, as they beautified themselves at the house. The girls all posing down the spiral staircase made for a great first photo of the bridal party. The outside deck facilitated a comfortable place to reminisce about the rehearsal party out and the wedding at the tennis club, while family members chatted over tea and coffee. All in all, the house is even more beautiful than the pictures-if that is possible. As an aside, all beds were delectably comfortable, and bathrooms had jacuzzis for relaxing and large limitless hot showers for bathing. The added stock of nearly everything imaginable in our own home, drew us to the conclusion that we overpacked. Nothing wasn't covered. There were ample towels, paper products, soaps, laundry and cleaning supplies, toiletries and more, to last us a week. The house had two refrigerators, two washer and dryers, three jacuzzi tubs and 4 bathrooms. They had two outdoor tables for dining and a gas grill hook up to the house. There was everything already ! The hosts welcomed our stay w a bottle of wine and provided us with a number to contact them w any questions. It was a pleasure to stay in this amazing house. i hope to reserve this house another week -perhaps to use during the summer months to holiday at the beach. If you stay here, you will absolutely leave ve this home. It is top-rated. It is like getting all of the luxury comforts of a four seasons hotel in one large home. It rained a lot and was windy in early May 2022 while we were there except for the first day which was bright and sunny. Our Grandchildren enjoyed the back yard lawn on the first day and on rainy days the basement which is fully finished. It served well as a central meeting place for our large family.

We loved our stay in this lovely and very well equipped house……walking distance to town and the beach. Backyard private with plenty of seating and the host was extremely responsive. We hope to return soon again.

We rented this property for 5 days for our son’s winter wedding weekend. The home was meticulously clean and looked exactly as pictured and as an added bonus was beautifully decorated for the Christmas holidays. The hosts thought of every detail a guest could want. I had easy contact with the host and she even contacted me once we arrived to make sure all was well! Fantastic experience!

We rented for my daughter's wedding in Spring Lake. The hosts are usually very attentive, but in all our communications in the previous week, failed to mention that the oven wasn't working. No repairman could come either! So we had to buy a lot of extra food and takeout which added to our expenses. We had prepared frozen lasagna and baked ziti already cooked to heat up which we couldn't, and there were special wedding traditions (cookies and cakes), we had to farm out to other houses to use their ovens. Now I know to ask before. Everything else was perfect! The interior of this house is amazing, bathrooms are tremendous and bedrooms are large. It fit 8 bridesmaids and the bride who were getting ready in the morning. Excellent place to stay! This may become a yearly tradition for us!

This home was perfect for our family during our wedding weekend. It was our home base between church and venue. Walkable to breakfast and lunch spots on Third Ave, Divine Park, and the beach. Quiet neighborhood but makes you feel like a local! Communication with owner was great. This home made for the perfect home away from home.

We had the most amazing stay at this property for a fall getaway. The town is beautiful, and our young kids loved walking to the lakes, beach and strolling through the town. The property is beautiful, including the outdoor space. My only complaint is that the oven wasn’t working, and the downstairs shower pressure is too low to actually shower, but giving this property anything less than 5 stars would be too nit-picky. Agata was very communicative and responsive. We would love to return again.

Beautiful, exceptionally clean and comfortable home, easily sleeps 8-10 people. Great kitchen and wonderful outdoor.

Our extended family had a great time in Spring Lake. The house was beautiful and the kitchen was well stocked. The only problem we had was when we arrived on the first day there was tape over the oven door with a sign that said “Broken! Do not use!” The property manager contacted me to let me know that the last guests had broken it. She said they were going to try to get it fixed in the next couple of days, but that did not happen. There were a few times we would have liked to use the oven, as we cooked at home for all meals, so this was disappointing. I feel that we should have received a discount for this inconvenience. Otherwise the house was very nice, the beds very comfortable and the decor was well done. The house is about one mile from the beach and even closer to Spring Lake and the park.

I truly can not say how spectacular this home was. Hana was so awesome! I had a made a mistake with my dates and she was so understanding and a pleasure to work with. I stayed at the home for my daughter's wedding (@ The Mill Lakeside), which could have been a very stressful time but this home had EVERYTHING! I did not need to pack a thing other than my own personal belongings! The location was awesome for our needs. It was only 6 minutes from the venue. It was a quiet neighborhood and just a stunning house! Thank you Hana for your hospitality!

The home is exactly as it is shown in the pictures and just what we were looking for. The location was perfect and the house was very clean. We were staying in Spring Lake for our daughter’s wedding & we were able to get some amazing photos of the bride and her bridal party getting ready. We highly recommend!

If I could give it more stars I would. This home is incredibly clean and well maintained it has a fully stocked kitchen. Backyard is private and has lots of outdoor furniture to relax in. Easy walk to train town and beach

We held a family gathering at this wonderful house in Spring Lake. This included four couples plus a six month old baby. The bedrooms and bathrooms are luxurious. Can there be such a thing as too many pillows and cushions? The kitchen is extremely well equipped. There was even a crib and high chair for the baby. The property is about a mile from the beach which is definitely walkable, but I recommend driving if you are carrying any equipment. Beach passes were provided, which was a pleasant bonus. The owner was very attentive - for example we encountered a problem with the hot water heater early on, but it was fixed within a couple of hours after we called.

I rented this house for my wedding weekend and it could not have been more perfect. The house was just as advertised and even more beautiful. It made the perfect backdrop for getting ready pictures and all my guests were blown away by the property. The house was beautifully appointed and immaculately clean, and Hannah and Agata were the perfect hosts. They made sure our check in was seamless and were available by call or text at any moment. The house was completely stocked with everything we needed and more. Thank you, Hannah and Agata, so much for making my weekend even more special. We are ready to rent this house again! :)

We had such a wonderful time at this beautiful home. It is so close to the beach and the lovely town center. We stayed there for our son’s wedding and it was a total of 8 adults and an infant. There was plenty of beautiful, comfortable room inside and outside.

This house was so well-prepped for guests and was clean, warm and inviting. Such a lovely house and the hosts were in touch, asking if there was anything else we needed... there wasn’t!
