Beautiful beach view, with no obstructions, we even saw dolphins swim as we were enjoying the balcony! Extremely easy access to both beach and pool. Close to several restaurants and activities. Plenty of space for our group of 5. We will be back again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we were pleased with our stay at Gulf Dunes. We were pleased to find upgraded appliances and living room furniture which made the stay more comfortable. The view from the moment you open the front door is stunning! We enjoyed the access to the large deck from both the living room and the master bedroom. However, the cabinets throughout the unit are in need of replacement. Peeling paint and water damage are apparent in both the kitchen and bathrooms. The master bedroom furniture is also showing much wear and needs to be replaced. It seemed that the owner is trying to make upgrades because some things were updated while others were not. Be aware that the pool area was still used past 10 p.m. which was the indicated closing time. It was VERY noisy on the weekends (past 1 a.m.) which was frustrating for those who wanted to sleep. The condo unit was clean but their could be improved cleanliness of the property (i.e. peanut butter smeared on sidewalk, smelly elevators, trash/food on sidewalks, etc.)
