The layout of the cottage, the area, and facilities are all excellent The outside space is excellent for the dog aswell as lovely outside space for us to enjoy good weather

No issues as everything was exceptional and both Michael and Gillian very attentive.

The cottage is lovely, and set in a really nice private estate. The owners were ever so helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay. Everything was really clean and worked as expected. A great base for Dundee itself and many other attractions within a 1hr drive, including Edinburgh, the Cairngorms, Pitlochrie, and St Andrews.

Lovely facilities, decor, every item you could need (kitchen/laundry) and outside area is great. The building which the apartment is part of is an old asylum and the conversion of the whole complex is fantastic. The playpark for the children at Camperdown is phenomenal.

Only one little requests for top smiles: beds to be slightly bigger ones; we have tall friends and they like big/longer kingsize beds but this is a minor thing as they were all doubles as described on the website.

It had a lovely homely feel, lots of space, secure garden for the dog to enjoy, it was clean, it has every facility a family would need, really friendly and relaxed owners that provided all information clearly and timely.
