Willkommen in unserem schönen BEACHFRONT HOME mit 4 Schlafzimmern und 4 Bädern für bis zu 12 Personen. Sie werden die ungehinderten Aussichten vom Haus und die Tatsache lieben, dass wir den Dünenübergang in unserem Hinterhof haben. Das Haus wurde im Juli 2006 in der wunderschönen Unterteilung Pointe West am Westende von Galveston Island fertiggestellt. Das Haus verfügt über einen offenen Grundriss, der sich hervorragend für besondere Familien- und Freundesversammlungen eignet.

Perfect place to relax and enjoy the Gulf. House was perfect for our family. The manager was very responsive with texts to ensure entry to the house. In addition, they promptly delivered needed items with a surprise flower bouquet in response to our request. Definitely worth a return visit.

The location was perfect! The house is about 30 min from the main seawall attractions but it was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle. The walkway to the beach was right outside the house which made it super easy to access the beach. The house is beautiful and was perfect for our stay. Andrea was great to work with and had everything you could possibly need while staying there. We loved it and will definately book again if going to Galveston with a large group. The pictures on this review are a little inaccurate. House was pretty dirty to the point my wife had to clean for like a hour when we got there. The house also needs some TLC (floorboards coming up downstairs, paint missing everywhere, black mold in showers). Great location near the beach, but you will need to get in a car to get to the pool. We will be back to Pointe West, but would get a different house next time.

The location of this property was perfect, right next to the boardwalk to go down to the beach. The house was very clean and views were amazing. Bedrooms were spacious with very comfortable beds. The kitchen was very well equipped with anything you might need for cooking. Grill and picnic tables downstairs were great. Plenty of beach toys for the kids as well as a wagon and chairs for the beach. Had to contact Andrea about the internet and she responded immediately. There was not a problem with the internet, just the user, and Andrea was very gracious about it. Would definitely rent this house again!

This property was perfect for our multi-family stay. 3 sets of parents each had their own bedroom with bathroom. The kids all stayed in the bunk room with their own bathroom.
The house was super clean when we arrived, and the check in/check out process was beyond easy. We had to reach the host twice during our stay and the response time for a text/call was immediate.
The proximity to the beach was the best. The boardwalk is just next to the back yard. The back yard was also large enough for the kids to play in.
I would very much recommend this house and would rent it again in the future if available.

We traveled as two families here from Ohio to give our 4 teen boys a spring break/senior trip. The boys planned this area to spend time fishing and time in the ocean. The property was perfect with enough room and bathrooms to give everyone their own space. This was probably the most well stocked VRBO that I’ve stayed at! An abundance of kitchen items needed to prepare and eat! So thankful for the little things like coffee filters, griddle, and blender to use!
Property was very clean- kudos to the cleaning crew! The garage was stocked with beach wagon and chairs and beach toys. We enjoyed the patio area underneath for grilling and hangout. Our first day we went to the HEB grocery store - excellent prices and seasoned meats ready for the grill. I’m glad we stocked up on things because the location is about 30+ minute drive to a grocery store or restaurants in Galveston area. (We did enjoy a few restaurants about 10 minutes away- we just had to be mindful of their off season hours) So convenient with the beach entrance right there. We rented 2 golf carts and it was fun to get around the Pointe West community and pools. Pointe West does charge a fee of $25/person for the week to have access to their 2 pool areas- they were very nice and kept clean. Due to cooler temps during our stay we were thankful for the heated pools- a nice resort feel and great to be able to bring food and drinks to hang out. Our family enjoyed use of the game room pool table and table tennis- you had to check out the equipment from the front office- they put a $25 hold on your credit card, then refund $20 when you bring it back. Andrea was great to work with- thank you for sharing your home with us!

We had a great time even though the weather sucked. Had some issues with the main Tv. I will stay here again would recommend it to others. Great having 4 bathrooms.

Property was great, kitchen well stocked, all beds were comfortable & a lot of beach toys.
On the con side the hot water tended to run out with 10 of us there and the Beach Club costs need to be updated. Our amenity page said it was free from September 11 to Feb. 28, when we arrived they wanted $15/ a person and the heated pool was out of order.
Still had a great time there!

We had trouble with the house not being cleaned when we checked in, but the owner was very responsive, and sent someone over to clean it right away. The view is amazing. There were plenty of bathrooms for our group. The kitchen was better stocked than other rentals I've been to. The weather was bit cold, but we still enjoyed the hot tub at the clubhouse. We made use of the washer and dryer for our group. We liked that the access pier was right next to the house.

We rented this property for my daughter's 40th Birthday and got to see the Astros win the World Series too!!
The property was perfect for our family of 10. Plenty sleeping areas and loved the fact we had 4 Bathrooms! The best times were sitting out on the deck enjoying the incredible views with a cup of coffee or our favorite evening beverage. We also enjoyed having direct access to nice walks on the beach and the amenities at the Beach Club. Andrea was a perfect host and able to answer any questions we had. We will definitely recommend this property to friends and hope to return ourselves.

We thoroughly enjoyed this beach house for our Fall break getaway. The views from the back porches are amazing, from sunrise to sunset. You can watch the sun come up over the water from the master bed, which was breath taking. Having the walkway to the beach right in the back yard made it super easy to enjoy the beach as much as possible. 4 full bathrooms made getting ready quick and easy. The house was nicely stocked both for kitchen cooking and for beach going. There were a few chairs and floats there for us to use. Overall great find and we hope to come back!

Perfect house!
We absolutely loved everything about the house, resort, and location. The house was a perfect fit for our family of six adults and two young children. The proximity to the beach was so close and easy to use. We rented a golf cart to get down to the resort and loved using the pool, the restaurant, the gym, and all the wonderful amenities. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked and we cooked every meal there. The children had so many choices of toys for the beach. The neighborhood is wonderful. Andrea was so easy to work with and quick to communicate. We loved everything about it and cannot wait to go back next summer

Another great trip to Galveston for our entire family.
Our family of 10 visits Galveston every summer. We have stayed at this house for our last four trips. The house and location right on the beach help make our annual trip here a great success. The house is kept up and the owner is always quickly responsive if we need anything. Highly recommended!

Great accommodations
We had a wonderful time at this beach property. The house is right next to the walkover, making it easy to go back and forth to the house and the beach. We really enjoyed eating on the patios, but be mindful to bring bug spray because the mosquitos will come out if there is no ocean breeze. The beds were comfortable too! Andrea also answered my questions quickly and was very helpful.

Property was clean, very easy beach access and stocked with beach toys, a wagon and boogie-boards, etc. One suggestion would be to drop into the Walmart as you turn onto Seawall and pick up a canopy if you are going to be there several days. They are a must-have for longer stays. We are hoping to make it an annual event!

This house was wonderful! Working with the owners were wonderful! I will renting this property again for my family! The location was great! Just a short walk on the wooden path and you are on the beach. The best thing about the beach is there are no vehicles allowed so we did not need to worry about the grandkids. The owner did lots of little things that made the stay wonderful. Pump soaps in all of the bathrooms and kitchen. Just little gestures that made a difference, and it was noted! The appliances were top of the line. (The blender was wonderful!) The beds were incredible! We stayed in the master bedroom and I fell in love with that bed! I want one just like it!
Everyone agreed, we will be back!

This is my favorite part of Galveston, secluded, not crowded. This the Point West subdivision is the best part of Point West and the best part of Galveston. StayAway had the best view of the beach of the 5 other places we've stayed in Point West. The back porch was about 10 steps from the pier so super convenient. If you can get into this area, book it, you will not regret it

This is my favorite part of Galveston, secluded, not crowded. This the Point West subdivision is the best part of Point West and the best part of Galveston. StayAway had the best view of the beach of the 5 other places we've stayed in Point West. The back porch was about 10 steps from the pier so super convenient.
