Unsere Einheit ist wirklich in Familienbesitz und wird betrieben. Sie mieten wirklich vom Eigentümer. Einige der auf VRBO gelisteten Einheiten werden von Immobilienverwaltern verwaltet, und ihre Sätze spiegeln dies wider. Unsere Preise sind niedriger, da wir unsere Eigentumswohnung nicht über eine Immobilienverwaltungsgesellschaft anbieten und keine Provisionen zahlen. Unser Ferienhaus ist 900 Quadratmeter groß und bietet Platz für sechs (zwei Königinnen und zwei Etagenbetten). Wir bieten eine voll ausgestattete Küche, zwei Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer. Die Queensize-Betten sind neu, ebenso wie die drei HD-Flachbildfernseher im Wohnzimmer und in den Schlafzimmern. Eine kombinierte Waschmaschine / Trockner wurde im Rahmen der Renovierung des Badezimmers hinzugefügt. Zu den weiteren Annehmlichkeiten zählen ein Holzkamin, viel Brennholz und kostenloses Highspeed-WLAN, das ausschließlich unserer Einheit vorbehalten ist. Sie haben Zugang zu unserem beheizten Pool, Whirlpool und Feuerstelle. Gleich den Flur hinunter befindet sich ein Fitnesscenter.

Das Snowblaze liegt nur wenige Schritte vom Park City Mountain Resort und der historischen Main Street entfernt. Es sind nur drei Minuten zu Fuß über den Parkplatz zu den Hochgeschwindigkeitsliften Payday und Crescent sowie zum „größten Schnee der Welt“. Gleich vor der Tür befindet sich eine Park City Transit-Haltestelle, mit der Sie kostenlos nach Deer Valley, zu den Canyons, zum Utah Olympic Park, zur Outlet Mall oder zu fast jedem Ort gelangen, an dem Sie Park City erkunden möchten.

Great time in Park City at Snowblaze 108. Unit was in good proximity to the mountain and historic Main Street. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook. Great space with a good sized living room. Only criticism is that the dryer takes a long time to dry clothes and the master bedroom does not have a window. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for providing a great base for our adventures.

My two adult daughters and I had a wonderful stay at Snow Blaze. It is a 5 minute walk to the mountain and equidistant from the supermarket and main street - about a 12 minute brisk walk. The apartment has everything you need and Linda was extremely responsive to questions. When you are divvying up bedrooms, take note that the bunk bedroom gets warm easily and the master bed room stays very cool - at least in March that was the case. Highly recommend staying here!

We loved the condo, very clean, great accommodations, close walk across the street and parking lot and you're at the ski lifts. Walking distance to main street but easy access to free public transportation. Would definitely recommend and will absolutely book again in the future!

Being across the street from the ski resort parking lot makes it easy to hit the slopes without having to worry about parking or traffic. Restaurants and grocery stores are walkable or just minutes away if you choose to drive. The condo itself was great and as advertised. Beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked and there's plenty of wood for making a fire. Having the washer / dryer in the unit is a huge plus. We would definitely stay again when we return to Park City!

We have stayed at several units in this building and this one was probably the most well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. There were extra towels and linens and even pool towels were provided. The washer/dryer combo took a little getting used to, but we managed and were grateful to have the convenience. The condo does get quite warm, but keeping the patio door cracked helped a lot. We loved our stay here and would not hesitate to rent this place again when we come back to a Park City

Snowblaze was a great location with the Park
City Mountain Resort close by for the adventure park and shops. Also, the bus to Main Street picked up very close to the condo. We were also a short drive to Utah Olympic Park, many delicious restaurants and Guardsman Pass. Thank you, Linda, for great communication and easy check in and check out!

Check in is as easy as entering the code and opening the door. The condo was clean and had everything needed for cooking. Park City is beautiful and has very nice golf courses. There is a lot to do.

My family stayed here for a week in July. It was very comfortable for my family of 4. Stocked very well with everything we needed for the week. We thought the location was great. You can walk(1 mile) up to the main area for food and shopping on main. Suggestions in the welcome book were all wonderful. Our only complaint if we had to have one was there was no central air. There was a wall AC unit that did a pretty good job. Also fans included to move the air. It was in the 90s our whole trip. Highlight of the trip was the flying ace all stars at the Olympic Park. Must see for sure. Over all I would absolutely recommend this property and would stay here again. Very clean and well maintained.

Enjoyed our summer stay
The condo was perfect for our family of 4. We stayed 3 weeks to escape the Arizona summer. Our kids are 3 and 5, it was the perfect location to the park and the library that has fun story times. We could walk to several restaurants or take the bus up to the top of main st. Even though most of our stay the weather was gorgeous, July gets a little warm. The portable A/C worked great to cool it down a few degrees to sleep. Communication with Linda from check in to check out was great! We really enjoyed our time.

This condo is a gem with easy access to all you want to do in Park City from ski slopes to grocery to Main Street. Linda is a gracious host and always prompt in her responses. She was particularly helpful in recommending resources for infant equipment for our granddaughter

We looked forward to this stay for months... and it did not disappoint!! Communication was awesome from beginning to end including arrival instructions and some direct-to-owner inquiries. The condo itself is very comfortable with a perfectly equipped kitchen which we took full advantage of. The provided firewood was a nice touch and we had cozy family evenings in the living room. The location itself was perfect! A very easy walk to the ski bus stop (literally a 4 minute walk in ski boots from the parking garage). We also walked to the library coffee shop some mornings ( <10mins) or a little further (<15mins) to Harvest for coffee/pastries. For you techies out there: We had 3 adults in the group "working from home" a couple of days during our week, and it was a little too much for the network. Those of us without scheduled zoom calls alleviated the network and worked from the aforementioned coffee spots which had 25mbps. We took advantage of the hot tub a couple of nights to alleviate our ski-weary bodies, and also liked the fact that there was a washer/dryer combo in the condo. We hope to visit again in the future :)

We stayed here for a ski trip and really enjoyed the close proximity to the ski slopes. Everything was clean and the kitchen was well-stocked with all of the pots/pans/bowls we needed. I'm looking forward to staying here again!

Great Location!
We are a family of 5 and this was a perfect spot. Across the street from Park City Ski resort made getting on the slopes so easy. Close to town for those that wanted to shop or try a nice restaurant. Covered parking made it great when it snowed so you did not have to clean off your car. The property had everything you could imagine. The bonus was the washer dryer combo in the apartment. There was a great fireplace with plenty of firewood. We will be coming back again.

Comfortable Condo in an A+ Location
My family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children ages 7, 11 and 12) stayed in Linda’s condo for our “ski week” vacation 2021. The condo itself was very comfortable, clean, and well stocked with kitchen essentials. The best part of this condo tho is it’s proximity to the mountain...just a short, 5 min walk each day to and from ski school and the lifts. Short enough that no one complained! Haha!

Property was exactly what we were looking for - a short walk to Park City Ski lifts (a bit longer walk to old town Park City) with a hot tub/pool. Linda was quick to respond and made all the travel simple. Place was clean and well equipped (we cooked in). Would highly recommend.

Location is perfect
Super cute and Wonderful location ... walk across the street to get in the slopes access was perfect! Loved the fireplace and kitchen was nicely stocked with everything a cook could need on vacation! The master was a little dark but that was a plus for my husband who could sleep in later than normal!!! We'd definitely stay again if back in Park City.

We had a fantastic first ski trip at Park City! This condo has a terrific location with just a short walk to the slopes. The updated interior is nice & the condo is spacious. The hot tub was a great place to hang out after skiing all day. We would definitely stay at this condo again!

Summer Family Trip! Would definitely re-book.
Truly felt like property owners want guests to be comfortable. Clean, tastefully decorated with seating for our family of 4 (2 of which are teenagers who love to lay around). Location is excellent for parking the care and heading to Main Street or trails behind the condo. Fitness center/laundry room all clean. Hot tub for the condos wasn't working but we enjoyed the fire pit by the pool. Kitchen well equipped. The portable AC unit was sufficient for us- we just kept the bedroom doors open and used the fan. We were just happy to escape the heat from Texas! Thank you Linda and family for sharing your get-away.
