Just as expected, lots of room, nice apartment, Joe was a great host.

Loved it just wished the front door didn’t use a key , it’s to easy to get misplaced ( use a code for the front door)

We had a great weekend stay! The view of the water can't be beat! Proximity to Ventnor's beautiful beaches, local coffee shop, ice cream parlor and more made it so we really did not have to drive once we parked in designated spot (x2) in front of the garage (we drove to Margate for dinner one night and had a delicious meal at Barrel's) Joe was very easy to communicate with and happy to answer any questions we had. A deck off the living room would have been ideal; however, we made the most of the floating dock in the rear of the house. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and would recommend Joe's place to family and friends!

Beautiful property, Great location!

The house was as beautiful as described, and Joe was a wonderful host. We are already planning a return trip.

The house is very comfortable, although the largest bedroom was cold during our stay. Joe was very helpful. We’d suggest an upgrade to a smart TV for streaming purposes but overall a very nice stay. Would recommend.

We’re 3 families, each with one child under 3 that stayed at Joe’s. It was exactly what we expected and perfect for our needs. Large space, multiple tubs (great for bathing kids after beach day). Joe was friendly and responsive. My only criticism is that there was what looked like black residue at the bottom of the dishwasher (so we just didn’t use it), and that the tub drains did not plug, so we had to keep the tub running during bath time. Other than that, great space, well equipped kitchen, would totally rent again. Super convenient for walking to the beach, and to morning coffee shops, restaurants, etc.

Our experience felt like a trip to a relative’s house. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The location was very convenient, only three blocks to the beach. Watching the boats going by on the canal was was nice plus. It would have been pleasant to have some outside space, but there are lots of windows. Be aware that the stairs to access the property are somewhat steep, if there are elderly people in your party. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the host was very accommodating.

My husband and I enjoyed our time at Joe's condo. No balcony on the waterway was a major disappointment for me, but it was my error in thinking there was one. The condo was more than enough for the two of us with two bathrooms and three bedrooms. Our main concern was the dirty pots and pans. We usually prepare most of our own meals, and we were upset that many of the pans and dishes were greasy, or at least dirty. We hand-washed all the ones we knew we'd be using for the five days. We were able to walk to the beach (about 10 minutes) and even though it is not a designated dog beach, we were able to take our leashed pups (mid May) on the beach. We also discovered the Longport dog beach which was about a 20 minute ride. That was our main reason for visiting this part of New Jersey. We liked the family-oriented, low key feel to the neighborhood although the selection of shopping venues and restaurants was slim pickings! One last note .... this condo is on the second floor so there is about an eight-step staircase to climb .... not wheelchair friendly. All-in-all, we had a nice get-away and will definitely visit Ventor/Longport in the future.

We had a great time staying at this spot for my parents 60th birthday. It was The perfect spot! Very close to Atlantic City.

Really chill and perfect distance from the boardwalk and the casinos

We really enjoyed our stay at this property, it was clean, tidy and a good size. It had all the amenities that we needed. Really close to the beach and boardwalk. Joseph was a good host and a good communicator. Would recommend this property.

Joe was very responsive and greeted us on arrival. The property is located on the water and it was so relaxing. Beach is in walking distance, safe environment and nearby park. Joe was more than willing to assist us with any questions we had about our stay. Look forward to coming back again.
