This condo was absolutely lovely and the online pictures are an accurate representation of it. The condo was neat and clean with everything necessary for our stay. The location is convenient if you’re heading to ESPN Wide World of Sports/Disney. If we return to Orlando, we are booking again without hesitation.

Overall the place was nice. Easy and convenient to all locations. Communication with rental company easy. Short walk to welcome center and pool, which was wonderful. The baby items (high chair, pack n play) need to be cleaned. The trash bin was full with trash from days ago and we could not put our trash in it.
Would consider mocking back for our next trip!

This condo is the best I’ve stayed in! It could easily accommodate 8. It’s recently updated. The resorts had wonderful amenities. Easy 10 minute drive to Disney. I’ll definitely return!

Loved the apartment - it was clean and comfortable and gave us lots of space (for 5 people). The only problems with the unit itself is that the sliding door has no lock on it (catch mechanism on the door frame is missing) and there were ants (but hey, it's Florida - everyone has ants and other critters). Location was great - right off 192, which is very close to Disney and our golf courses.
The entry system into the resort is absurd. They create huge lines that extend (at times) out onto the main road. Once you get your parking pass you can use the other gate so it's faster, but any Uber or Lyft vehicles have to wait in that line every time (so a lot of them won't even come there, unless you request to get picked up outside the gate)
The other people staying in the resort were loud, obnoxious and dangerous. My adult son's Uber driver honked at a car that was blocking the entrance for several minutes, and a gang jumped out of the car and threatened to kill everyone inside. They said they would drag their dead bodies out of the car. They were even wearing gang colors. They followed my son and his girlfriend to our room, threatening them the whole time. Lots of people like this were in the resort - booming their music all day and dumping their trash in our bin, etc. Just classless people (not all, but a lot).
So I would not stay here again based on the neighborhood, but it is a nice unit and a good price (now I know why)

I can't say enough good things about this property. The unit was beautiful and clean. The amenities were great and left me wanting nothing. The property management company was friendly, always quick to respond, and easy to work with.
Some of the Windsor Hills staff were sometimes a little off putting but I'm going with they were from New York and it's just their personality, not intentionally rude. Nothing was ever a big deal and did not change my opinion in the least.
I highly recommend this place, especially if you have a Disney trip planned. It is amazing to leave the park and be back in your room in 10 minutes.

The condo was very nice and perfect for two sets of adults and two children. Our grandchildren loved the "Disney" bedroom and the Disney stuffed animals. It was also very convenient to have a pack and play, high chair, and stroller available for our use.
However, the supplies were minimal. There was no salt, pepper, or sugar, and no facial tissue at all. One roll of paper towel was provided and except for a few rolls of toilet paper, no other paper or plastic products were provided. Also, lotion, shampoo/conditioner/body wash were not provided, and only two bars of soap total for two bathrooms.
We have stayed many places all over the country, and most have at least salt, pepper, sugar, multiple paper towel rolls, and facial tissue. And they ALWAYS provide at least travel sizes of shampoo, etc. , and at least two bars of soap per bathroom.
Other than the lack of supplies, it was a wonderful place. It was a very convenient location from Disney (15 minutes) and Universal (25 minutes) and a 5 min walk to the pool area. The pool/play area were very nice.
We would definitely stay here again! Thank you very much for sharing your place with us!

This is a perfect place to stay if you're Visiting the parks. Very nice 3 bedroom apartment everything was Really clean. We were 6 girls and it was perfect. beds where comfortable, pillows where good, extra towels in the Master closet and nice showers. Walmart is One mile down the road to get supplies, if needed. Just remember to fill out the docu sign that the resort Sends you From Palm tree vacation homes. I missed it so when I Got to the gate at 5 PM they didn't have me in the list. I almost panic, luckily there's an emergency number that you can call and they reemailed it to me. I pulled Off to the side and filled it out, sent it back And my name was at the gate within 2 minutes. Then you'll get an email with the door code the only issue we had after that was they gave us the wrong door code number but when we contacted them again by text they sent us the correct one within a minute. This place seems like it's very popular with tourists Staying why they're visiting the attractions. On Friday night at 10 PM there was a long line of cars checking in. After you check in they give you a parking pass with a barcode and that is what you will use to check in the rest of your stay. if you have extra vehicles they allow 3. give them the name of the people that are driving or they won't be allowed in. Our whole group loved this place I would highly recommend it. We didn't use anything else on site but it seems like they have a lot of things that you can do there. The after hours emergency service that helps you get in is nice If you forget to fill out the document like I did.
