Enjoyed our stay except for the stairs. Bath linens could be better; more like what one would find at a Motel 6, Host response was great when needed.

Some friends and I stayed here on a trip to Petaluma and really enjoyed the house. Frank was very responsive. The house was great and it was within walking distance of everything in downtown Petaluma.

This property was fine and was listed accurately. A short 'instruction manual' regarding things like the porch light, heating and A/C etc. would have been helpful in the future. Also, more shelf space in the BR would have been nice but these are hardly deal breakers! thanks.

This place was perfect for family visiting from U.K. Close enough to downtown to walk to stores and restaurants yet set in a lovely quiet neighborhood. Clean, bright and spacious. Host was available if needed and unobtrusive otherwise. We could not have asked for a better place!

A pleasant, spacious top floor of a house with lots of windows. It had its own private entrance and Frank was helpful when we needed more information etc.

This property is conveniently located to downtown Petaluma and surrounding areas - easy to get to the highway. It is very spacious, clean, private and comfortable. 2 big bedrooms, 2 nice baths, a smaller TV room, nice kitchen. We enjoyed our stay at this property and have already recommended it to family members. Should I be in need of a Vrbo in the Petaluma area in the future, this will be the first property I select. Frank is a gracious host and willing to assist in any way.

We stayed for four days and really enjoyed the spot. We cooked several meals there and found the kitchen well stocked with the tools we needed. The neighborhood is super cute - we went for afternoon walks nearly every day just to look at the houses and gardens nearby. We also ran to the Helen Putnam park one morning which had spectacular views (though be prepared for some serious up-hill stretches). Frank was friendly, available when needed, and offered great recommendations for local hikes/food/vineyards. Apartment was really spacious for just the two of us - could easily accommodate a bigger group.

We love staying in Petaluma because it’s not only a perfect hub for activities in the area but has its own active downtown as well. Our property was spacious and immaculately clean with nice amenities including fresh ground coffee and herbal tea. We loved the natural light that filled every room. Our days were planned full with activities, so we crashed by the time we got back and didn’t watch much TV, which was perfect for us.

We plan on staying here again on our next trip. Owner is very quiet downstairs, we never heard him. Adorable location.

Frank was attentive and quick to respond to our needs and questions. This home, we found out later by walking in the neighborhood, is the most beautiful part of Petaluma. The houses around are gorgeous and it's a short walk into downtown. The Petaluma Market is a couple minutes drive from the house so very convenient. It's an old 100+ year home that the top floor has been converted to a vacation rental. It is better in person than the pictures show. It's clean, bright, had everything we needed to have an enjoyable family weekend trip. We spent a day in San Francisco which is a 40 min drive from Petaluma. We spent a day driving through Napa Valley which is less than an hour away as well. Great location for seeing so many things in the area!
