Second year staying at this property. For a 2 bedroom condo, it was perfect. Loved the view of the 18 Green and it was an easy walk to the beach with the pups. We recommend Bestnest all the time including while we are staying in HHI. For 2 adults and 2 pups, it is a perfect size vacation property.

Very comfy villa. Modern decor best suited for a family with out kids. Every house item was included! Laundry baskets, flashlights, spices, beach gear, paper goods, and more. Just bring a suitcase and a smile.Unit was being worked on during our stay, it didn't bother us too much. Also the beach club is close but still a bit of a hike with head. Shuttle was slow when we visited. Thank you.

It’s central location is ideal for families who want to bike or walk to the beach, the horse stable, Harbor Town, South Beach, and the preserve. All those things are an easy walk or ride away. The condo is roomy and comfortable, with comfy beds and plenty of seating. A nice large balcony overlooking the golf course, a well-stocked kitchen. Clean, tidy, not crowded. One thing I really appreciate is the ample supply of basic materials: full bars of soap, full bottles of shampoo, full containers of cleaning supplies, trash bags, ziplock bags, etc. It’s nice to have the basics covered so you’re not buying bulk supplies at a rental. We hope to come back soon!

Wonderful getaway

Sometimes you see photos of a property online and then you get there and the photos were probably taken several years ago. This property was just as pictured. The management company furnished the condo with full bars of shea butter Dove soap and full bottles of shampoo. The towels were plush and plentiful. The beds were very comfortable. There were beach towels and beach chairs. We did not cook dinner in, but there were more than enough pots, pans and skillets to make any dish you wanted. Plenty of plates and silverware as well.
The view was great, fourth floor overlooking the golf course. And if you play golf, you would walk to the course. And a great restaurant right there as well. Easy walk to the beach. Would definitely stay there again.

Hands down the best customer experience
I’ve had in the 20 years coming to HHI. The Villa was as advertised and beautiful - I would rent it again. Fantastic for dogs and an easy walk to the beach. BestNest by Beverly Serral was an outstanding company and the welcome basket they left at the villa was a surprise and so appreciated after a long day on the road.

We had a great time. Condo was exactly as advertised. The lady at the office was very helpful. Four coffee cups at the condo meant we washed the cups often to reuse with 4 coffee drinkers. But the rest was great.

This property was perfect for our week. This is our 4th time to HH and we usually have a house with the family, this week was just my husband and I and the condo was perfect and in a wonderful location. We walked to the Beach Club and to Harbor Town. Beverly and her staff were prompt and responsive to our questions and the condo was great!

PERFECT VILLA IN A PERFECT LOCATION
We have been to HHI many times so we new the location of this property and it did not disappoint. It was incredible in every way. The villa was stocked with everything we could possibly need and not one thing was overlooked. We will definitely return and Beverly Serral was the best property manager we have ever rented with.

Family get away with pets
It was a really nice rental especially for a family with two dogs. It was in great shape and clean. It was also an easy walk to the beach. I just didn't enjoy hearing all the golf crew preparing the golf course at 7 in the morning--otherwise pretty perfect.

Very nice property with golf course view
Very nicely furnished and appointed property. Extremely comfortable and unit is well maintained (although the building requires some maintenance and updating). We were disappointed that the pool was closed for the season during our stay (not advertised) and that the beach access is a quarter of a mile walk from the property.
