Upon entering the condo, there was a clean scent; however, the sand beneath your feet while walking around was not very welcoming. As we explored the unit, the floors were spotty and sticky, urine drops below the toilet, etc. the kitchen counters had a film on them, the kitchen sink was not cleaned, had coffee grinds in it along with God knows what. The coffee maker was not clean and had something on the top of it. The top of the stove was not clean. The beds were neatly made. The Master bathroom mirrors looked as tho someone had just brushed their teeth and had splashes all over the mirror, the sink was not clean, the cabinet doors had drips of I don’t know what on them. There was visible mold growing on the ceiling in both the shower area and toilet area. After showering and opening the shower door, black stuff fell from the door, after wiping it down, it was clearly not cleaned in quite some time. I immediately brought these concerns to the owner, he swiftly contacted the cleaning company and had them scheduled to come out in the morning. The cleaning lady came to the condo and cleaned the bathroom cabinets and mopped the entire unit. Very nice lady, she explained to me that owners have the choice to complete a deep clean once a year and said that the unit was in desperate need of a deep clean. I emailed the owner and sent additional photos of neglected areas. I am not sure if the unit will get the attention needed.

We loved our stay at this property. The views were spectacular , especially seeing the wildlife. We saw manatees, rays- large and small, dolphins, sharks and misc. fish, all from our balcony. The loungers on the balcony were great. We spent so much time there! The appliances were all in good condition, there was plenty of cookware and table service. We were able to walk to shops and restaurants. We enjoyed visiting St Andrews State Park. It is the quiet end of the beach but there is plenty to see and do. We hope to be back!

Our family of 5 enjoyed a great stay at Larry & Cathy’s place in PCB. Our son & daughter (14 & 10) stayed in the bunk beds, our 16YO stayed the queen bedroom and we felt right at home in the master. The property is nice with great pool & beach areas.
The property is on the quiet end of Thomas Drive, very close to Capt Anderson’s which we really enjoyed.
I had one issue with a bathroom light not working properly but I texted Larry and maintenance was there in less than 30 mins with a replacement light.
Great communication, great location, great week away before schools starts back. Highly recommend.

The condo is lovely and the penthouse balcony gives you an incredible view of the clear emerald green waters of the gulf. Getting to look down of the firework shows or being eye level with them made it an outstanding Fourth of July. And the sunsets are stunning! Super comfortable beds. We never waited long for elevators.

Perfect Stay
This was our 3rd time to rent this unit and we will continue coming back. The views can’t be beat. The unit is stocked with everything you need and toiletries to get you started. The kids love the bunks and say they are very comfortable. The only issue we had (and I shouldn’t even really call it an issue) was not being able to locate sheets for the pullout sofa bed. We were able to make it work though and it wasn’t a big deal at all. Knowing we had to leave was the worst thing about this unit… it was hard to step away from the balcony view. I can’t wait to come back!

Great unit with a view.
First time in this unit. Second stay at treasure island. This is a quiet end of the beach. Wow, is this unit high on the 23rd (top) floor. If you like to see a long way and watch ospreys fly right by, then this is what you’re looking for. Still plenty of beach and water sounds but a bit removed from sounds being too close. Furniture was nice. No problems with any furnishings. Master bed was comfortable for us.

I love this property as a whole. The condo was awesome. When we arrived the place was ready to go. The only complaint and it really isn't a complaint but more of a suggestion for the older generations that visit this condo would be to add some sort of grab bar in the bathroom area. Otherwise, this place is a wonderful spot to enjoy the views and take in the sounds of the ocean.

The washer has to be ran over and over to work. Then to top it all off….they have the audacity to charge us an additional $300 cleaning fee. This room is grossly overpriced, and they are looking to charge you more. After 10 consecutive years renting different condominiums….this is by far the worst!!!!!!

We had two families stay this unit for the 2nd year in a row! We loved it so much last year that we immediately booked again for this year. The condo is in an ideal location away from all the hustle and bustle of Panama but still plenty to do around it. We love that it’s not a hike to the beach and easy to carry coolers and beach bags. The included beach chairs are definitely a huge bonus. The unit it clean and has everything you need for cooking meals. We had no issues with 4 adults and 4 kids... plenty of space! The view is also spectacular!! We love sitting on the balcony in the mornings and evenings. I can’t wait to decide on dates to come back and stay again!

The staff of Treasure Island were super friendly and always willing to help!! Of greatest note...the elevators are the best!! Being on the top floor we were a little concerned but we RARELY waited longer than a few minutes, often times they opened right up!!
The specific condo was a good size for a family of 4, the beds were super comfortable and there was more than enough cooking utensils and pans!! Unfortunately, it was dirty when we arrived and we had to clean prior to bringing in our belongings. The floors were sandy throughout and had to be swept. The bed linen was also sandy and needed washing. The quality and amount of bath towels was disappointing (they were soured and had to be washed), as was finding hair throughout the shower and bathroom drawers/cabinets. The cleaning company was a private one and not employed by Treasure Island. I reached out to the owner and hope that changes are made because we definitely want to stay here again and will give them a second chance!!!

This condo was exactly what we needed for our family getaway. The location gave us a quiet beach that wasn’t overcrowded, near a few good restaurants and shops and tons of space with a beautiful balcony. The owners email and communication was exceptionally thorough and so appreciated! Would highly recommend.

The condo complex itself is okay, but this unit needs some improvements. It just feels like it's not very well taken care of. It needs cauliking, painting, new couches and general cleaning. I'd suggest a new cleaning crew. When we arrived, you could tell it hadn't been cleaned very well. The kitchen table, counter top and bedroom side table all had water mark rings on them where they had not been wiped down. The table had food crumbs on it. I found a dirty skillet inside the cabinet.There are directions inside the condo to text a number when you leave, so the cleaning person will know you are gone. About 45 minutes before time for us to leave the cleaning lady was knocking on the door. How rude and why bother to ask you to text if they are going to get there before checkout time. The best part about the condo was the view. It was neat to be so high and be able to see so far out. We could see sting rays and fish swimming in the ocean. The master bedroom bed was comfortable.
