Property is clean, friendly and in a great location for families. Beach was perfect, pools were nice. Other amenities of the resort are getting dated. Resort is very functional and friendly but not fancy. Room was clean and had beautiful view. However the kitchen and bathroom was tiny.

Everything about the resort/condo was as expected. You're not paying for luxury so don't expect it. Easy check in with coded lock. Kitchen is equipped with everything you'd need for meal prep/cooking. The carpets and living room furniture need a deep clean. Two of the balcony furniture chairs were broken. We lost over $15 trying to get machines to work in the guest laundry. All other shared spaces were clean and well maintained. Family friendly.

Attending Granddaughter's Volleyball Tournament. This was a great place for us. Enjoyed the location and the view from the balcony. The grand common ocean front sundeck is a beautiful relaxing spot before a busy day. Great room layout and cleanliness.

From the time I booked until I checked out communication was excellent. Property was exactly as listed. Very clean and fully stocked. Plenty of space for me and my 2 kids. Property was further from the boardwalk than I expected but was just a quick drive. Will definitely be booking for our next trip if available.

We had a great stay, the owner is get at communicating. The condo was perfect for my family ( 3 kids under 6 and my husband and I). Highly recommend!

We wish we had stayed longer. This place was so fun! It was convenient to have the pull down bed in a separate space for the kids. The balcony has a view of the ocean and the front deck has a view of the sunset. The multiple pools were awesome for the kids. The multiple hot tubs and hammocks were nice for the adults. Indoor pool was nice when it rained. We didn’t use the game room but it looked fun. Only downside was that the resort doesn’t allow guests to use the restaurant and bar unless you’re a direct guest of the resort itself. We just walked a couple blocks over for a different restaurant and just down the beach for a different bar. Owner was highly responsive when we had an issue with the lock and resolved the problem ASAP. Highly recommend!

David was awesome from start to finished. He gave excellent details from where to park and how to check in. We will use this condo on future visits.

After what became YEARS OF PLANNING for this trip, and multiple issues including, COVID, cancer and a heart attack- David went above and beyond to be sure we made the trip. So grateful.

Checked in on Wednesday and did not have any hot water until Friday because of an issue with the city. That was not enjoyable to say the least. One and then two of the four elevators did not work during our stay, which is always annoying when you have to wait on elevators. David, however was friendly and updated me on the hot water issue.

Good room great views

We have only stayed at 1 other vrbo and it was stocked with beach and stay necessities available for use which this location did not. We had to buy hand soap, toilet paper, and wash the towels repeatedly for our 6 day stay. Close to the beach and the communication with the owner was top notch before and during. We had just been spoiled with our previous Florida rental and assumed it would be similar. Needs to be updated a bit and deep cleaned (food under fridge, things under/behind dressers and beds that had been there awhile). A good deep clean and maybe a paint touch up would help!

The room was great. Location is great. Pools and beach are perfect for families with young kids. Owner is incredibly responsive and ensures you have everything you need for a good vacation. Only complaint is the parking situation and elevators. Elevators are super slow and one family got stuck in one. Parking deck at main property is too low clearance for a stock f150….. however deck across the street was tall enough and worked fine for the trip. Overall would def go again, and only complaints are the parts the owner can’t control. His property worked perfectly for us!!!!

We loved this property! The amenities were great for my family and we enjoyed being right on the beach. The communication with the property owner was top notch, as well. He even shipped my glasses (which were accidentally left behind) back to me at no additional charge! We’ll definitely be back!

This property was exactly as listed. The owner was very responsive during our stay, and we had everything we needed. The location could not really be better for a family. We were far enough away from the night life, but close enough for a night out if we wanted. The proximity to restaurants and shopping was extremely good. The pool, amenities and beach were so close and convenient. We will definitely stay here again. Of note, as a private guest, you can't order drinks at the poolside bar, or eat at the on site restaurant, BUT there is another bar on the opposite side of the hotel, in the unit next to it, facing the street which is super convenient and there is beach access there as well. We were there with people who WERE hotel guests, and the food at the restaurant left much to be desired so they didn't eat there anyway. In short, nothing is missed by not having access to those two minor amenities. The management staff were mostly friendly, no one ever asked for our wrist bands for anything so we just didn't bother with them. We spent most of our time at the beach, and exploring the area in the afternoons/evenings. The location just cannot be beat. We were a family of 5, and this unit was just fine for what we needed.

Had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Caravelle! David Brown the condo owner is so great to work with and communication with him was a pleasure!! I will definitely be renting from him again! May sure you check out his condo at the Caravelle Resort!!

Everything about this little condo was amazing and the price is definitely reasonable for the location. David really takes pride in making sure his guest are well taking care of. He was prompt on responding and even let us check in 4 hrs early since the unit was empty for our check in day. Very clean with everything you need for your vacation. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The place was small and simple but nice-had a lovely beach view from the balcony and the hot tub was great! There were 4 in our family and the bed situation worked well. Thank you for sharing your place with us!
