Nice property, comfortable sleeping arrangements and quick/easy access to beach.

This was our second time to stay in this condo. We will certainly try to book again if it’s available. The owner and housekeeping staff have been very accommodating. We can’t thank y’all enough! Happy New Year!

We absolutely loved this condo. The condo and grounds are immaculate. There’s so much to do even with the littles. We plan on coming back every year!

This was a perfect property for our trip to Galveston. The layout was perfect and the property was awesome!

Very nice property. Small minor indecent. Found a cup of old tea in the microwave when we went to use it. Not a big deal. Just thought it should be mentioned. Otherwise, a great stay.

We have stayed at Diamond Beach for the last 6 years. The resort is amazing and has so many amenities to create wonderful family memories. Unit 305 was spotless, well stocked and the view was exceptional. We will be staying again in the future.

This property is magnificent. The resort has everything you need plus more. The pools and lazy River both were relaxing and not crowded. Everyone in our group wants to go back and forget about cruising.

The property was beautiful and well maintained with a lazy river, unmatched pool, easy beach access and even a theater we used for a family night. We were disappointed in the condo itself. Cracked and broken stemware was actually put away in the cabinets creating a safety concern. Cookie sheets still had cooked, burned pizza bits on them when I pulled them out to use. The bunk beds had dirty sheets with food crumbs and (oddly) glow sticks in them. The biggest disappointment was that the 3rd twin (trundle) in the kids room was actually a BOX SPRING NOT A MATTRESS. The balcony was spacious and nice for our morning coffee with a great location. We will likely stay at Diamond beach again in another unit.

This was a great trip for my daughter and her friends. Plenty to do even on rainy days. Condo was super clean and equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed and wish we could have stayed longer!

This is a great facility and we would not hesitate to return.

We booked this condo for our Spring Break trip to enjoy nice weather. This condo was everything we had hoped for and had seen on the website. The condo overlooks the beach and is a great view of the pool too. The condo was extremely clean and had everything we needed and wanted. The outdoor pool was very clean and the kids loved it. The hot tubs were relaxing also! We only used he indoor pool once since the weather was nice but it was good also. The location is about mile away from the beach area and where the restaurants start and about 20 minutes from downtown Galveston. Excellent!

We ate out and did not do any cooking but noticed there was plenty of cookware. We enjoyed the beach, lazy river, pools, and hot tubs. We loved the options of having the indoor pool and games as there were some chilly times outside. We also enjoyed watching a movie in the theater room! My kids want to move here!😊

Great location,! Great condo perfect for family. The resort offers all the amenities, and there is plenty to do, even in winter. Will definitely stay again

We really enjoyed our stay at Mary and Hank’s beach condo. The location can’t be beat, and the resort had gorgeous pools and other amenities, but had a few issues. The most major, were the lack of fencing on the north side of the resort, and according to my kids, most of the games in the game room didn’t work. Those are small issues, as the pools and proximity to both beach and seawall were our major concerns. The pools are gorgeous, and the heated pool was a definite plus on our one cold afternoon. The unit is spacious and appointed comfortably. Most kitchen necessities were available, and I really, really appreciated both the water and ice dispenser in the fridge! The chilled beer glasses in the freezer were a thoughtful touch, and actually there are a lot of very thoughtful touches throughout the apartment. Connie was also very lovely, warm and prompt in her responses. There is a small problem with the guest toilet. The flush only works some of the time. Apparently the bobber in the tank is blocking the mechanism and needs to be jostled to fill. No water in the tank, no flush. With five people sharing the unit, this was a slight problem til we figured it out. An easy fix, and one I hope the owners will do something about. Be aware that there is no door on the master suite bathroom! If you are a shy bathroom user, this may be an issue for you. Another reason we all used the guest bathroom much of the time. Lots of toilet paper, clean towels, sheets and pillows were available, including pool towels, which was awesome! One less thing to bring! The beds were comfortable for all of us, including my teens in the bunks. Finally, the one sort of major issue. The condo *looked* clean. But the bathrooms had mold in the shower grout, there were dust and dust bunnies in the corners of the bedrooms, smudges on the kitchen and bathroom counter, kitchen handles and mirrors, and one lonely, dried out contact lense on the counter in the master bath. All had me questioning whether things were getting cleaned properly. These days, you can’t be too careful, especially in the kitchen and bathrooms. Ultimately, we wiped down the surfaces, and felt it was doable. I’d love to come back to this property, and hope the slight issues we faced are corrected! This is a fabulous place, and we throughly enjoyed our stay! Thanks for having us!

We loved our stay at the condo. We enjoyed the lay over and beautiful pool and the super easy beach access. We reserved the movie theatre two of our nights - how fun to have a private movie theatre available. There was almost no one at the property in mid October so we felt like we had it almost entirely to ourselves. We would highly recommend this place.

Accommodations terrific. Furnishings etc just perfect - everything you could possibly need. (could add a coffee table in living room - we moved one from balcony inside while there). Property wonderful. Pool, lazy river, movie theatre room, etc all wonderful. Connie was very responsive when we had a little problem with a toilet. Quickly resolved. Definitely hope to be back and stay in this condo again!
