My husband and I enjoyed staying in this property with our dogs, walking everywhere, and relaxing in the hot tub at night. It had everything we needed to be comfortable.

Nice location and cute place! Everything was well maintained and easy to use. The beds and pillows were a bit uncomfortable. Kitchen was stocked with basic spices and all the cookware you could need, and all the appliances were hi! The hot tub was perfect for cool nights!

Charming and welcoming. It has a good vibe. It is within walking distance to town, restaurants, shopping. There is so much to do in the area, and just chilling at the house was amazing too. Thank you.

Lovely home with open space. Comfortable beds and great closet space & dresser in queen bedroom. Excellent enclosed yards front and back for dog. Great kitchen space and big laundry room area. Easy walk to downtown and Thorpe Park. Loved our stay and would highly recommend this VRBO!

Very nice, clean ,charming little house in downtown Flagstaff. Great walk to everything location. We enjoyed our stay very much. The hosts are very friendly and responsive. Very nice fenced front and backyard. A couple things that could be better would be the internet, very spotty service, and the hot tub could be cleaner. We opened up the hot tub and there was a swimsuit from a previous guest still in it. There was no chlorine tablet left either. We decided not to use it. The internet is definitely an issue if you plan on working remote. There is cable tv and a dvd player with some classic movies on hand, but no smart tv which means no streaming anything. Overall nice stay!

We visited Flagstaff this past weekend to take our 18-year-old daughter to college. We rented this lovely two-bedroom house with a yard, so that we could bring our dog, and so my daughter could stay one or two last nights with us if she wanted. This place was perfect! The location is amazing - right across from a park, and just half a mile from downtown Flagstaff. We took several walks everyday with our dog, who also had the time of her life since she got to be with us non-stop, enjoying the beautiful weather, long walks around town, and then having a fenced yard, so not to worry, when we came back to the house. The home has fenced yards in the front and back. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of dishes and utensils in case someone wanted to cook - although we were busy exploring local places. There is a hot tub in the backyard, as well as a washing machine and dryer. The queen bed in the master bedroom was comfy. I don't know about the two twins in the other room, but assume they are fine. The whole house was very comfy, overall. Check-in was easy, with extremely clear directions. I also appreciated the clear directions for checking out. We would definitely love to rent this place again when we return to visit our daughter.

Beautiful home- very comfortable. Love the fenced in front and back yards! My dog loves to sit out front and watch Flagstaff folks walk and ride bikes by- great entertainment! Beautiful back yard with lovely patio! Everything there that you need! Nice location- easy to get to everything! Manager is always friendly and available to help you out!

The pictures do a good job showing the property and everything was well prepared for our arrival, including instructions and welcome snacks. The location is perfect, easy walk to downtown and nearby park. For those with young kids, I would keep in mind that noise can travel fairly easily to the second bedroom from the living space adjacent to it, so if you have sensitive sleepers you may end up having to manage how you walk around at night until they are asleep. I would also check with the owners if there is any planned garden/upkeep work as there was during our stay which made the outdoor area less accessible/kid-safe (i.e., chemical sprays, partial fixing of broken steps.) Overall, recommended!

As soon as we drove up into the driveway we were met with pots of pretty flowers and a cute yard. The house is spacious with a large remodeled kitchen. A really spacious backyard and hot tub. We loved it! Close to the Lowell observatory and downtown. This property is very clean and has a large washer and dryer. The mattresses could use an upgrade but everything else was perfect. Great stay!

We had such a great time at this property in Flagstaff. Location is perfect! It was perfect for our puppy as well with a fenced front and backyard. We had a blast and will definitely look into staying here again next time we visit. Perfect place.
