HURRICANE UPDATE: Kein Schaden !! Renovierungen sind abgeschlossen !! Direkt am Strand !! Genießen Sie das wunderschöne smaragdgrüne Wasser und die weißen Sandstrände von diesem wunderschönen komplett renovierten Stadthaus! Wir haben dieses Haus sorgfältig mit Küstendekor und wundervoller individueller Einrichtung eingerichtet. Es gibt drei Schlafzimmer im Obergeschoss und ein Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss. Alle Schlafzimmer verfügen über ein Kingsize-Bett und ein eigenes Badezimmer (Hauptgeschoss Schlafzimmer ist direkt vor der Tür). Wäsche ist im Stadthaus zwischen den Schlafzimmern im Obergeschoss. Remodeling hat von November '15 bis März '16 stattgefunden. Atemberaubende Updates gehören Granit Arbeitsplatten (Küche, Bartresen, Bäder), neue Farbe im gesamten, Edelstahl-Geräte, obere und untere Trex Decks mit Kabelgeländer, Hardy Abstellgleis, Marazzi Holz Plank Fliesen, Sanitäranlagen, Leuchten, Fenster, Terrassentür, HD-Fernseher mit Netflix, maßgefertigten Möbeln an der Küste und Dekor, Zierleisten, maßgefertigten Kopfteilen, Waschmaschine / Trockner, Täfelung, Teppich (Treppe, Schlafzimmer auf der Hauptebene) und vielem mehr! Eine LED-Regendusche auf dem Achterdeck wurde erst im Juli '16 hinzugefügt! Keurig hat gerade 2018 hinzugefügt! Die Lage ist perfekt, da es zwischen dem Golf und dem Signal Hill Golfplatz in einer ruhigen Straße liegt. Ironman startet hinter unserer Einheit! Ananas Willy's und viele andere Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten sind in der Nähe. Der legendäre Pier Park ist nur 5-10 Minuten entfernt, zusammen mit all den Restaurants und Attraktionen, für die Panama City Beach berühmt ist. Wir erlauben gut erzogene Hunde, da wir Hundeliebhaber sind und es gibt einen perfekten Weg entlang des Golfplatzes für einen langen Spaziergang. Der Strand und die Sonnenuntergänge sind wirklich atemberaubend von diesem Stadtdomizil! Wir möchten, dass jeder, der an unserem Strand zu Hause ist, es genauso genießt wie wir, und wir tun alles dafür, um Ihre Erfahrung unvergesslich zu machen. Es gibt einen Schritt, um Townhome und einen Schritt hinunter in Haupt-Schlafzimmer für Gäste mit Schwierigkeiten mit Stufen zu betreten. **** HINWEIS: Wir haben eine Golffront 1 Schlafzimmer / 1 Bad Wohnung in Gehweite zum Pier Park gekauft. Es wurde komplett zu ähnlichen Spezifikationen von Emerald Seascape umgebaut. Es heißt Emerald Villa! VRBO # 1156050! Sehr günstige Preise!

We had a lovely stay here! It was so nice being able to walk directly onto the beach from the house. Previously we have stayed in beachfront condos-so it was nice to not have to wait for elevators to get down to the beach. And being able to park right in front of the property also super convenient. This part of the beach was also much less crowded than the ones in front of the condos, but just as beautiful! So that was nice also. The house itself was very spacious. It was nice to have a bathroom for each bedroom. Fully stocked kitchen and plenty of supplies to get your vacation started! The host was very communicative and ready and willing to help with any questions or issues I had. I had to live some dates around and he was very helpful and willing to do that for me. My only improvement I would make would be more comfortable chairs in the dining area. We are a game playing family and spent a lot of time on the chairs at the tables and personally found them to be uncomfortable to be on for long periods of time.even some chair cushions would help. But not worth knocking a star off, just a note.

The master bedroom had a beautiful view of the ocean it was great to sit out there at night and listen to the waves it beach was literally right outside the house they had games toys puzzles for whomever wanted them the back porch had floats toys chairs everything you need including beach towels they except animals which was a great plus because i have an emotional support dog he also enjoyed the beach and the sand dunes kitchen had everything you needed the beach theme throughout the house was beautiful owners very easy to get ahold of and response was awesome i cant say enough book your stay it was incredible

We had a great time on the beach and doing a few excursions. A few things annoyed us tho. The code I was given for the front door didn't work. Thankfully the host was responsive and was able to give a new code quickly. The main bathrooms vanity is very low, which made bending over to use it uncomfortable. Also, the main shower drains slowly. We did rinse off on the patio before coming in the TH. Hubby had to use the toilet plunger on it twice. Ran out of TP in 4 days! Not enough for 7 adults and 5 kids. Kitchen: The first time we used the garbage disposal, it didn't work. No power, no clog, just an old dead disposal. Host had it replaced the next day, which was good, but the plumber didn't put anything away. Only one roll of paper towel, description of property doesn't include paper towels, so I guess we were lucky to get one. We found the fridge too small for our group. We weren't able to have many LaCroix's cold during the week. Patio: 1 of the umbrellas and several of the folding chairs are in various degrees of disrepair. My husband has a bad back, so he was uncomfortable using adirondack chairs. The back patio door is very difficult to open. Location: beach is great, but the townhome is behind some sort of junk recycling building. There were a few guys during the week that dug through the dumpster, which is behind a fence, but you're able to see it. Just too many small issues that affected our relaxing vacation stay to want to come back.
