Excellent property. Very clean and very well stocked with multiple staples eliminating annoying runs to the grocery. The property was at least as nice as the pictures and our host was very accessible and great to work with during our stay . A no brainer place to stay again.

4 bedrooms and a spacious kitchen are great for a family with kids. Location is close to the beach by car or bike. Owner was responsive quickly to all communications. Owner refunded us a credit as the pool's heating mechanism was not working.

We have stayed at this home multiple times, it is our go-to for our yearly trip!!! We booked to late one year and missed out but made sure we booked early enough the next! Clean, well maintained and the perfect getaway. Thanks for a perfect vacation!

We knew ahead of time that there might be some disruption on the street. I only wish the construction was over.

We live in Miami, and it gets tiresome. So we booked this house in Naples, knowing that it would be like being home, just a different location. Were we wrong! First of all, the pictures do not do justice. From the front door, to the back doors, every space was clean as a whistle, well furnished, every room more spacious than you could imagine. The kitchen had everything imaginable in it, maybe an extra mixing bowl or fruit bowl would be a thought. I was so stunned by all the extras found in the house, from toilet paper, detergents ( maybe left behind from previous renters) paper towels, even spices! the list goes on and on. Other than food you need nothing really! Loads of towels and linens were nice to have too since we had multiple visits at different times.Outside the pool was so inviting, we used it all the time. Alot of pool floats in the garage.The neighbors were quiet, and the guy next door was really nice and we chatted while he washed his car. The neighborhood is a middle class one, and the roadwork can be annoying around you but it really wasn't on the street of this house much. Many ways to go around it so if it's making you rethink a stay, don't let it. Other than a little dust on my car we never knew there was street work. What an easy bike ride to the beach! The boys went daily, bikes were in excellent shape, as were the beach chairs and umbrella. I can't tell you how much we enjoyed this vacation other to say we WILL be back!

Beautiful house! Close to everything, the beach at Naples was nice, and the pool at the house was great!

The house is clean. The neighnorhood is fine. There is some construction happening on the road but not a big deal. The 4 bikes, beach chairs, coolers, sand toys and rafts in the garage were an added bonus. The house is close to everything. You can bike to the beach or Starbucks down the street. The outdoor pool and yard are a nice retreat after the beach. Your family will enjoy a nice vacation here.
