My husband and I rented this property for just over 3 months while we were remodeling our home. We couldn't have been more comfortable in this home away from our home! The property is a 3 minute walk to the beach and 5-10 min to a bunch of little restaurants as well. The apartment is just like the photos and description. Perfectly maintained and extremely clean! It has really cute beach decor, and extra touches like beach chairs, beach towels and bikes. The kitchen is newly updated and fully stocked with everything you need. The bathrooms are great size as well with fresh, clean linens. The owners were always quick to respond to any questions we had. We felt so lucky to be able to stay in such a lovely home while we worked on ours. I would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a great spot close to the beach!

We had a wonderful stay here. We walked in for the first time and were overwhelmed by how clean and welcoming it was. We've stayed at other places before but they were nothing like this! There were fresh flowers around the home, a bottle of wine on the counter, and everything we needed to get started on our vacation. There were chairs, boogie boards, and towels for a fun day at the beach as well as bikes for a nice ride along the Strand. Deena went above and beyond to accommodate us from the garage to the rental time frame, and after we arrived made herself available to ensure that everything was going as planned. The location was great. Easy access to the beach and simple to leave and come back to when we went on day trips. This is not a party area. We felt very safe and secure, and the nights were quiet. There are many restaurants within walking distance for breakfast through dinner and we took advantage of them often. A nicely stocked grocery just down the street in the pier area as well as many more restaurant options. All around we had a fantastic stay and would gladly return in the future.

We had an amazing time in this charming Manhattan Beach apartment, one block from the Ocean. Amenities were impeccable and the property was spotless and well maintained with many extra's. No need to bring anything but your bathing suit! Great restaurants within walking distance and biking along the strand was a highlight. Would absolutely stay again and highly recommend. Owners were the best! Thank you~
