Windways Estate
Windways ist eine schöne und stattliche alte Bahamisches Haus in der Mitte der 1900er Jahre gebaut. Das Haus wurde aktualisiert, und es hat eine wunderbare familiäre Atmosphäre. Das Haus verfügt über 4 Schlafzimmer und 3 bathroooms im Obergeschoss und 2 Badezimmer im Erdgeschoss. Das Haus verfügt über große Wohn-, Ess- und Familienzimmer sowie eine große Küche und Essecke Bereich. Das Anwesen ist riesig mit vielen Obstbäumen tragen. Es gibt auch zwei geschlossene Terrassen und eine Garage für zwei Autos. Aber das Beste an diesem Haus ist die besonders günstigen Preis, den wir für jetzt bis März 2016 zu mieten. Im März 2016 der Einführungspreis wird verschwinden.

The hosts were over the top in terms of service. We were a family of 13 aged from 1 to 72 and we all agree top notch!! One small issue the host couldn't have known about but when we pointed it out there were 2 maintenance guys there asap!!

The grounds are lush and beautiful and the house is updated and very spacious! Our group of 12 had plenty of space to spread out and gather together. The pool was the perfect spot to have fun and cool off. We did not receive the door code ahead of time, but was able to call guest services and they helped. The neighborhood was quiet and we felt safe with the entire property being walled and gated. Every bedroom had its own AC unit although the shared spaces got a little warm in the heat of the day bc the AC settings reverted back when we left the house. Overall, we would stay here again!

Myself and 10 other girls stayed in this house for a bachelorette trip for 6 days and we had 0 complaints! The place was exactly was pictured and was very clean upon arrival! Would definitely stay here again

The property has good bones. If you squint hard enough, it's really lovely. The size of the space, layout, and amenities give it solid potential as a vacation home. The outside is nicely landscaped. The high ceilings and molding have character.On the other hand, many little things don't work. The master bathroom shower didn't get hot water. The house has an ant infestation (the ants are tiny). We couldn’t get several of the stovetop burners to work. The outdoor compressors for the air conditioning are quite loud. Several lights are burned out (the oven light, pendant light above the kitchen island). We couldn't get the Sonos sound system to work. The garage door was inoperable. There's no washer and dryer. Much of the furniture, appliances, decor, and structure was dated. Like furniture you'd find at a garage sale.The several blocks around the property (Montague Heights) are pretty nice, and they have more character and authenticity than a resort property. But the broader, surrounding area is filled with abject poverty and few amenities.
