Our family of four and two dogs had a wonderful week here between Christmas and New Years. The property was very clean and convenient to the beach, restaurants, stores, etc. Our two teens were very comfortable in the bunk room. We did quite a bit of cooking, and had everything we needed. We were able to easily fit two dog crates in the master bedroom closet and our dogs felt secure inside. The bikes were a big plus, as our teens enjoy biking. Jerry was very kind, accessible, and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Jerry our host was amazing, easy going and available if needed. The carriage house was neat, comfy and at a great location, we could walk to the beach, to the restaurants and store. This was our first time in the area, would highly recommend it.

We enjoyed our stay at this property very much. House had everything we needed. it was right near two of the pools and just a short walk to the beach and Rosemary restaurants. Jerry, the owner was fantastic. Extremely responsive-went above and beyond. Would definitely recommend this and we would definitely stay here again!

Jerry’s Carriage House is the ticket for anyone looking to have a wonderful time on 30A!! My family and I will definitely be back!! We spend quite a bit of time in the area and the location, accommodations, and value of Jerry’s CH are hard to beat. It’s just as advertised! No complaints whatsoever

This is our third year in Rosemary, and this carriage house had the most space of those we’ve stayed at (we have always needed a large dog friendly rental) - full kitchen, two baths, separate living and sleeping spaces and plenty of room for two adults, a baby and dog. It was very comfortable. It’s further back from the beach, but still walkable. It’s in close proximity to the square and cabana pool. Found all reviews to be fair reflections of the property. The carriage house ultimately backs to common space and then the highway - the noise from the highway was a non-issue for us despite what other reviews commented. The property owners live on site and we’re very friendly. The back yard is a shared space. Overall a great property for our family’s needs this year!

We had a great four night stay at the carriage house with our children ages 6 and 3. It’s perfect for a family of four. Jerry is a helpful and responsive host. Having two bathrooms is definitely a big plus.

The outdoor space also includes separate seating area and grill for the carriage house. Jerry was an accessible but unobtrusive host, and super to talk with! We can’t wait to go back!

Jerry and his wife went out of their way to make sure we had an awesome place to stay. We saw him several times throughout the week and he was always very friendly. The house was perfect for a family of five (three kids, aged 5, 4, and 1). Having a full kitchen in the carriage house made it possible to cook full meals for the kids. The hot tub outside was also nice for after the kids went to sleep! Would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect spot for a short stay In Rosemary Beach. The carriage house provided us with everything we needed for our family of 4. The property is in the back of Rosemary but only a short walk to restaurants and the beach. If you don't want to walk there are a few trikes made available for use. We loved having our own hot tub to enjoy after dinner. Thank you for sharing your property with us!

We had a great experience at Jerry's carriage house. It was just as described. We loved the yard and hot tub. The location was great as well. Very close to the pools, restaurants and beach. All within walking distance.. We will be back for sure! Jerry was quick to help us when needed.

Our stay at Jerry's carriage house was incredible. The place was everything we'd expected: clean, easily accessible, comfortable, and true to what is included in the listing. The location within Rosemary Beach is prime. It's an easy walk to everything we were looking forward to and having access to all the private amenities is really great. To top it off, Jerry and his wife were phenomenal hosts. We ran into them multiple times, mostly while they were working a full day to get the hot tub up and running for us to use, and they were really delightful people. Jerry was very responsive and made it clear that he cared about us having a great stay. Bookmarking this cottage house for future stays!

Property was lovely! Jerry was very accommodating and responded with any questions that we had. We loved the area so much. Rosemary Beach is an idyllic, beautifully landscaped little village. It’s sophisticated and very quiet (in the month of January when we were there). Jerry was totally laid back about our two dogs. We felt comfortable having them there and they seemed to enjoy it as well! A great place to visit!
