well located. Bus and Metro at the door. Walking distance to Porta Del Sol.

The location of the apartment is great, located right next to a train station and not far from all the hot sports around Madrid. Convenience store downstairs and plenty local coffee shops to kick start the day.

The apartment building itself isn't the best, doesnt have a welcoming feel at all, no staff throughout my stay, despite there being a little office downstairs. The apartment was okay, but for the price i paid, you could get a nice hotel.

Nice apartments as you see in the pictures, clean, well equipped, all worked, but no (usable) windows and the building (common areas and the rest of the apartments) look a little bit scary.

They blocked the amount in my credit card, and they also charged it, so I had the amount deducted/blocked twice in my credit card, causing it to exceed my limit and blocking it. Neither the property nor Booking helped me, property blamed Booking and booking was just asking more questions and data that I didn't have (they created the charge, they have all the info!). To open the door you need and app and internet connection, this was communicated a few days before checkin (and already in no cancellation period). People coming from other continents sometimes do not have internet access, specially when they just arrived).

Very cosy and modern appartment in the center of Madrid. We really enjoyed our stay.

The application to open the door does not work well so we had to carry the keys everywhere.

Good location for tourism. Comfy bed. Nice Hot water for shower.

Ended up disturbing a neighbor late at night as it's not clear that the apartment is on the 1st floor. And he said happens all the time. But was friendly and helpful. Very small especially the kitchen area! But functional if you're not too fat.

just about everything. Horrific facilities, fridge door would not close. No staff at all at the property so had to figure a lot out on our own. dirty stains everywhere, bathroom would flood with water after a shower, and there were no floor mats for this so we had to use our shower towels. Awfully high price for what you get, and take that from somebody who never complains and leaves bad reviews but it soured our experience on Holiday. How this place was even allowed to be let out for 21st century humans at that price I will never know.
