Our family of 6 loved the house and views of the surrounding hills and Buck Island! The rooms were spacious with lots of windows to let in the breezes, and split-unit ACs in every room for when it got too hot. The road to the house was challenging. Kitchen was well stocked with tons of seasonings, dishes, silverware, large utensils, and many appliances. The place had plenty of towels for the pool and beaches. The pool and deck were awesome and we enjoyed the lounge chairs, hammock, and outdoor table. The pool was clean and our kids were in it for hours every day. Agree with a previous reviewer that a couple minor things could use some maintenance such as minor sagging in one deck section and a loose tile around the pool stairs. Would definitely love to stay here again!

Villa Panorama is a well designed and equipped house for larger groups. The view of Buck Island and the other Virgin Islands is spectacular, and we very much enjoyed our stay. The Villa is also showing its age and life as a rental property, and is in need of some investment in repairs and maintenance by the owner. A few notable items include loose coping tiles near the pool entry steps, a portion of the pool deck that has structurally failed, and a roof leak during a very heavy tropical downpour.

Views were fantastic. Road to property and Driveway would be a challenge to people not used to Island driving.House was clean but could use a deep cleaning. Pool and pool deck lights not working. Ceiling fan in one bedroom broken needs replacement. Shower head in rear bedroom clogged.Overall Great place. Would stay again.

I owned this home from 1998-2013. It’s a beautiful home and always enjoy staying there when I can.
