Beinhaltet (2) ausgewiesene Parkplätze abseits der Straße und wir stellen auch (2) Genehmigungen für das Parken auf der Straße zur Verfügung. Zusätzliche Parkplätze auf der Straße sind verfügbar, wenn Sie eine Tages- oder Wochengenehmigung erwerben. Etage ist ein großer offener Wohnraum mit Küche, Getränkezentrum, Esszimmer, Wohnzimmer mit elektrischem Kamin, Flachbild-Smart-TV, Kabel, WIFI, Gästetoilette und 2 Glasschiebern, die zu einer geräumigen Terrasse mit Meerblick führen. Die 2. Etage Deck hat eine Wendeltreppe, die zum geschlossenen und privaten Hinterhof-Spielbereich / BBQ mit Grill, Tisch und Stühlen / Gärten und einer geschlossenen Außendusche mit heißem und kaltem Wasser sowie Licht führt. Bluff House was just what we were looking for : a clean roomy house right by the ocean; The kitchen had everything we needed, the rooms were big and comfortable and we were just steps from a big beautiful beach. Dewey Beach and nearby Rehoboth provided a variety of pubs and restaurants There's plenty do do even in the "off" season. We had a great time

The unit is fantastic with modern conveniences, great bedrooms, and an excellent location. We were within a 30 second walk to a great beach that is also dog friendly. All the appliances are new, and each bedroom is tastefully decorated and spacious. It is really a very comfortable place to stay and central to exploring both Dewey and Rehoboth Beach. We could walk to several restaurants, including Woody’s, for some of the best crab cakes anywhere. Rehoboth Beach is a 5-minute drive where we did some shopping and features several great places to dine. The unit is on three floors and will accommodate a big family or an intimate group; it has a nice porch on every floor, and we really enjoyed cooking on the grill and eating outside in delightful weather. You cannot go wrong staying here and the host is the most helpful, recommending several of the restaurants we visited. When we are back in the area, we will definitely stay here again.

Our group was three couples plus a couple friends, and the yard was perfect for our greyhounds. The fence is secure, and the guests with dogs stayed on the first floor so they could let the dogs out from their bedrooms. BTW, you would never know dogs have stayed there. The place is very clean and odor-free.
I forgot some things in the dryer, and Maureen kindly offered to mail them to me. Communication with her was great, and we'd definitely stay at this comfy condo again.

This was our 2nd stay at Maureen's Dewey Townhouse, and everything was wonderful! The house is spacious, was very clean, and had many "extra" amenities like toilet paper, paper towels and tissues. The location to the beach is excellent! Just a quick 2 minute walk and you are on the beach. We also love that this townhouse is pet friendly! Our pup loves romping on the beach and the outdoor shower was great to wash the sand off her paws! The many decks are great to hang out and chat or to wind down in the evening. The area is very quiet and there is plently of parking. We look foward to staying at this amazing townhouse with our family and pup again in the future!!!

The beach house is in a great location with easy access to the beach, restaurants, and shops as well as the trolly to the boardwalk. Maureen ensured that the house was stocked with cleaning items, paper products, and most things that make your visit a bit more enjoyable. The house is nicely decorated and has modern appliances including a new grill, an abundance of beach chairs and umbrella’s. Maureen’s accessibility made us feel comfortable that we could reach out to her to discuss anything.

Great house, has everything you need, very clean and you can't beat the location, less than 5 minute walk from the beach! We loved our stay in Dewey and the biggest bonus was that dogs are allowed on the beach early in the morning and in the evening, we loved it. Maureen is a wonderful host, very friendly and quickly responds to any questions you might have. Highly recommend this house and beach town.

My family and I had a great time during our long weekend at this beachblock townhouse! Easy check in and check out. Maureen was very responsive and quick to answer questions! The location to the beach is awesome! We literally walked out the door and was on the beach in less than 2 minutes. We appreciated the ample supply of Keurig cups and paper products like toilet paper, paper towels, and tissues. The decks and patio were wonderful to sit, chat, and relax on all together. And we loved that we could have our pup with us too!!! We are so looking forward to our next stay in September in Maureen's townhouse!!

This is our second time staying in this beautiful house. The location is perfect and just steps from the beach. The house is clean, well kept, and nicely renovated. There is plenty of room for our group 4 adults and 4 children and our two dogs. Maureen is also always available and easy to work with. Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us!

My girlfriends and I come to Dewey every year during the off season for a girls weekend. This was our first time renting Maureen’s home and it exceeded our expectations. The location was perfect and Maureen graciously supplied basic products like toilet paper, paper towels, and dish and hand soaps when other rentals in the area do not. We looooved our stay at The Bluff House and hope to return again next year!

A perfect family vacation! Maureen was fabulous to work with on all questions and anything we needed.. but… we didn’t need much of anything! Her home was stocked with so many supplies in kitchen, bathrooms etc. Maureen truly thought of everything. The short walk to the beach just made this such a great stay for my family too. We were extremely happy with the house. All the little touches such as keurig cups and hand towels were happy surprises. The beds were very comfortable and the supply of beach chairs and umbrellas was very impressive.

We only had a few days to spare and, due to my absence for over a month while taking care of an ailing mother, I was exhausted. Maureen made the entire process SO easy. The location is great and the place is organized and well-stocked. I could really reconnect with my family and my 4-legged emotional support -- the dog. Peaceful, relaxing, and rejuvanating. Highly recommend.

wonderful family vacation!
The Bluff House is a large and very, very clean unit. We had more than enough room for our family of 6, baby grandson and our little Maltipoo. The beds were all so comfortable as well! Awesome kitchen with very large refrigerator and everything you need for cooking for family. Beautifully decorated and all new. Being steps to the beach was perfect! The family nightlife on the beach was so much fun. Bonfires, kites, wiffle ball, dogs, ect...... We never moved our car with everything within walking distance. The little store at the end of the street was so convenient for any little things we needed throughout the week. Owner Maureen was very friendly and responsive. Thank you for a wonderful vaca with my family. Ted and Bonnie

This is our third year staying at the Bluff House, and we would highly recommend it. The location is perfect and the home is beautiful. The weather didn’t cooperate this year, but we still had a great time. We also love that Dewey and the Bluff House are so dog friendly.

We had a great couple days here over spring break. The kids loved the double bunk bed room and all of the beach toys. 30 seconds to the beach. The house has anything you need for cooking. We didn’t use them but having the 2 bikes to use was a nice touch. Hope to be back next spring.
