Everything about the property was wonderful! Just as described. Clean, updated appliances, well stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, easy gas fireplace, clean hot tub, lots of enclosed yard for our dog and toddler to run around, so close to the ocean you could hear the waves! Great beach house stay all around!

The location and cozy home feeling was perfect! The only miss was no coffee filters for the coffee maker and the king size bed was VERY firm and uncomfortable.

Easy check-in and great host communication. Charming, clean, well appointed cabin with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Location cannot be beaten, perfect for people and wildlife watching. Beautifully maintained yard that is securely fenced for dogs and kids. Looking forward to our next visit

beautiful view, unobstructed ocean view, phenomenal. unable to reach Ann throughout stay, despite calling and texting two provided numbers. she never reached out. unable to park in front of property, occupied. it stated that we had curb parking available also. not the case. however our stay was during a three day holiday and probably had something to do with it. we did have one parking spot available throughout our stay. the home was immaculate and bathrooms spotless. however, pantry items very limited, house very dark d/t wooden cabin interior. needed all lights on during day hours. bedding was used and needs replacement. flat sheets on two full size beds were stained; my teens were left very uncomfortable. no sheet replacements available. informed Ann ,but no reply bedding on king size bed, very old and no warmth to blankets. however the sheets were not stained. appreciative of that. kitchen supplies plentiful and functional. spa was my family's highlight alongside the view in front of the house. thank you! curtains needed in main bedroom. the blinds don't block sun in the AM nor car headlights in the middle of the night the illuminate the room and interrupt sleep. the heating unit is very loud and starts with a bang. again interrupts sleep. this was a family celebration for my husband's 50+ bday. we love the location and being a native San Franciscan I grew up in Santa Cruz. This location was my family's vacation spot. Love bringing my family now. Ann did allow us to check in early, though we arrived at a later time; check-out was also extended. The latter was very much appreciated and she was reachable before our stay began The view from the front of the home will not be forgotten. Thanks!
