Condo was very nice. Really nothing bad I can say. Great view with ocean front. Minor issue is exhaust fan in main bathroom wasn’t working so it was a bit hot and steamy when getring a shower. Good service by drink n food staff as well as the chair towel and umbrella crew. There is some construction next door but again the view and location are great. Walking distance to many shops n restaurants. Mainly Spanish speaking resort but no problem at all with English.

Overall we really enjoyed the stay. The rooms were nice, clean and the view was amazing! Washing machine and dishwasher which was very helpful. The downside was that the resort stop serving food for passover. So we had to scramble and I ended up cooking-we did an instacart run- at least their was a full kitchen and dishwasher. Then the elevator went down for service- we had to walk down 9 flights to of stairs. There is major construction next door. I would go back because we were able to work through the issues but it made for several stressful moments.

We just returned from an amazing stay and couldn’t be happier with our experience!The room was beautiful, with absolutely stunning views. We stayed in both the A and B units, which worked perfectly for our family of five. Both balconies were incredible! Spacious and the perfect place to relax. Waking up to those breathtaking sunrises in a comfy bed each morning was unforgettable. The main larger balcony was incredibly private, with no view of your neighbors. Check-in was seamless. The resort staff were all so friendly and welcoming, but the valet team especially stood out. They were quick, professional, and so kind to our kids - which made a big difference traveling as a family. The resort itself felt very family friendly and comfortable. We arrived with a ton of groceries (Publix is across the street), and staff kindly unloaded them and helped us to our room. We appreciated the convenience of the wristbands for room access. The pool area is nice with plenty of seating (and has delicious smoothies). There is construction next door, as clearly advertised in the listing. Because this condo is high enough (10th floor), it wasn’t too much of distraction during our stay. We’ve stayed at several resorts in Sunny Isles, and this one was by far our favorite. Everything felt seamless and well thought out. We would absolutely return. Everything was perfect for our family getaway!

The unit was clean, but had had barely any utensils for cooking or eating. Had to buy tongs and dish towels, and there were only 4 forks. Be prepared to bring or buy a few things that you would expect to be there.
