Location is amazing, walkable to everything in town and so close to the bay. Just make sure you bring everything you'll need, because house doesn't have much in terms of spices, cleaning supplies, kitchen supplies.

Wonderful property 2nd time staying here. House is big enough for 7 of us with room for our older kids in the back of the house with their own living room and bathroom. So many great restaurants here and can walk to everything!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful beach house! The home was spotless, spacious, and beautifully maintained, with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. The location was perfect. Just a short walk to the beach and close to great restaurants, shops, and local attractions. Our family created wonderful memories here, and we truly felt at home throughout our stay. We highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Long Beach Island and would love to return in the future!

Great location but obvious it is a very well used rental property. Walls are banged up and the couches are "not good". We had to place sheets over them to feel comfortable sitting down. Really dirty! Curtain rods are rusted out and shower curtain was full of mold. Overall good property with a great location...just needs a little attention.
