Unsere gemütlichen und komfortablen Strandhaus befindet sich auf der Klippe über Seacliff State Beach entfernt und bietet einen herrlichen Blick auf Seacliff State Beach und Monterey Bay. Es verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer und zwei Badezimmer und werden bis zu acht schlafen. Der König Schlafzimmer verfügt über ein Glas-Schiebe-Tür, die Aussicht auf den Ozean bietet und Geräusche der Brandung. Das Queen-Schlafzimmer hat auch eine Glasschiebetür, die sich zur seitlichen Terrasse öffnet. Das letzte Schlafzimmer hat ein brandneues Doppelbett. Es gibt auch einen kleinen Extrazimmer / den mit einer ausziehbaren Schlafcouch. Wir haben einen Gas-Kamin-Log in der schönen Fluss Felsen Kamin gesetzt installiert - um es für sich warm an einem kalten Wintertag oder Aufwärmen nach dem Schwimmen im Pazifik einfach. Satelliten-TV ist im Wohnzimmer, das King-Zimmer, und der Bonus-Zimmer. WLAN ist für Sie in Verbindung bleiben. Unsere Küche wurde vor kurzem mit einem 5-Flammen-Gasherd, Konvektion Mikrowelle und Granit-Arbeitsplatten verbessert. Es ist auch komplett mit Geschirr und Gedecke für mehr als 8 Gäste ausgestattet. Kleingeräte, Töpfe, Pfannen, und eine Vielzahl von Gewürzen machen es einfach und macht Spaß zu bleiben und eine Mahlzeit kochen. Loved this cottage. So cozy with the river rock fireplace and the floor to ceiling windows with the ocean view! We were 4 friends staying so the bed/ bath ratio was perfect. Location perfect for exploring Santa Cruz Bay and Monterey Bay. I want to come back every year!!!

Easy access from Highway one. Nicely furnished, plenty of comfortable outdoor furniture, to sit on and enjoy the view. Kitchen well furnished.
The main bathroom is quite small and difficult for a tall person to use.
The wrong entry code was given, so it took awhile to contact the property manager and obtain the correct code.
Bathroom carpets and windows need cleaning.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was as described in the listing and we felt comfortable right away. We loved the multiple living spaces and the house was equipped with everything needed throughout our stay. The ocean views from the house were absolutely lovely. A great view of the historic SS Palo Alto cement ship with all the ocean birds was an unexpected treat! The path to the beach was great for walks along the water.
We would definitely stay here again!

This is a great little beach house. It is in a great location and the view is amazing. It has a fantastic deck and everything you need for a family vacation.
The house was larger and brighter than it looked in the photos. The beds and furnishings were very comfortable.
The kitchen is well stocked and the BBQ worked perfectly. The bathrooms were very small but in good working order and clean.
The house is walking distance to a Mexican restaurant, pizza parlor, burger joint and Ice Cream shop. There is also a little deli that had coffee and pastries.
The walk down to the beach is easy, however it is a climb to go back up. We were able to drive down and park for $10 so we didn’t have to haul all the chairs, umbrella and cooler.
Our only complaint would be the construction next door made it unpleasant to sit out on the deck during the day. This is not the owners fault and we understood but it was loud, especially when they ran into the deck with the mini CAT and shook the house at 8:00 AM. Yikes!
Overall we loved the house and would definitely stay here again.

Views were breath taking at all times of the day and the house was well equipped with everything we needed for our family getaway. Beach was steps away and Gina was a great host and made it so easy to extend our stay when we weren’t ready to get back to reality. This place was everything we’d hoped and more!

What a comfortable, accessible home away from home for experiencing the ocean and the Seacliff community! Seating, both indoor and outdoor, is plentiful and very comfortable. Additionally, the living spaces in this home are even more spacious than they appear in photos, allowing each person in our family to find a personal spot to relax or study.

Really enjoyed the home overlooking the bay. Felt much safer with the new railing on the deck. Ideal place to base camp to explore the whole region from Monterrey to Santa Cruz.

The house is small but very well designed and has a fabulous ocean view. The owner was easy to reach and extremely helpful. We loved out stay. Only one negative - if you like to read, bring extra lighting. We'd go back in a heartbeat.

We held a small memorial for my Aunt here and the pictures just don't do it justice! The energy is warm and cozy and the ocean room is something out of a dream! All beds were super comfortable. It was the middle of some really bad storms so unfortunately we couldn't access the gorgeous deck, or beach below, but still give it the best rating we can. This place won't disappoint! Gina was super nice and responsive!

There's nothing better than the sound of the constant lapping of waves. The views from the whole living space are breathtaking. We spent most of our time outside on the comfy loungers and dining area.
We took the path nearby down to the beach and enjoyed a nice long walk, but other than that, there was no reason to leave. There are lots of food options nearby but we prefer to cook and the kitchen was great. Lots of space for the two of us to move around and cook together.
I think I was already trying to figure out when I can return on the first day we were here. I feel so grateful that there are people willing to trust visitors with their property because we had the best time.

Amazing Vacation Getaway
My family of four (2 adults/2 teens) stayed here in mid-June. This property was everything the listing said it would be and more. It was the perfect retreat for our family. The house itself is a great size and has a wonderful ocean front vacation vibe to it.
The views - THE VIEWS - are AMAZING! We spent most nights eating outside on the deck looking out onto the ocean. At night, we fell asleep to the ocean waves crashing on the shore. The house itself has everything you need in a vacation home. The kitchen was very well equipped, the beds were so comfy, and the WIFI worked great. The house is not air conditioned but the cool ocean breezes kept the house at a very comfortable temperature.
The location is phenomenal. We spent our days visiting the surrounding areas. We hiked in the Henry Cowell Redwoods State Forest. We kayaked with sea otters and seals in Moss Landing. We e-biked the 17-mile scenic drive from Monterey to Pebble Beach. We explored Monterey and Santa Cruz. There is so much to do in this area.
If our travels ever take us back to this area of California, there is no doubt we will stay here again! I highly recommend this rental to anyone who wants a home base for an active vacation (such as ours) or to anyone who just want to relax to the sounds of the ocean!

The view was amazing! House is old, but tidy and had everything you could possibly need to cook. Close to steps down to beach. Occasional sewage smell would waft through house, but couldn’t figure it out and didn’t stick around so didn’t ruin our stay. All in all a great weekend. We’d love to come back.

Love this beach house. Views were fantastic. House was like home. Very clean. Kitchen well stocked and great view while cooking. Great family room with gas fire place. A sun family room overlooking ocean. Beds super comfortable. Outside deck fully equip to enjoy ocean views. Visit Maryanne Ice Cream & Pizza 1 OMG delicious. Very relax stay. Didn't want to leave. Can't wait to go back. Thank you Gina for being a wonderful host.

We are return clients to this property and all of us enjoy the beauty of overlooking Seacliff beach. The layout of the living room and sun room are perfect for hanging out as a group and girl chatter.
The kitchen is well stocked and comfortable to cook in. The parking is adequate for two cars outside and one car in the garage, which was plenty. We really enjoyed being within walking distance of the beach and also just sitting outside on the deck listening to and watching the waves. We have already booked more dates in October so are looking forward to spending another great few days there.

We had an absolute wonderful time at this property. The home was well equipped with everything and anything we needed. The view was breathtaking. Anytime we could be on the deck overlooking Seacliff state beach, we were. Access to the beach was just a few steps away and down a beautiful stairway to the ocean. We visited Maryann’s Ice Cream and Pizza 1, which we just a short walk away. Our entire family loved this property and hope to be back in the future!
