Martha’s suite is lovely and cozy like home! Little things go a long way, like chocolates, sodas, juices, water set out for guests, not necessary but nice!!! Private entrance is nice, plenty of parking on the street since most houses have garages! We are return guests (4th time) and will return again when visiting Sight and Sound live theater that brings the Bible to life on stage! Five star rating! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We went to Lancaster for shopping at the outlets and to see the Christmas show at American Music Theatre. Needed a place to stay for one night and were extremely happy with our choice. Within minutes of being in the room we said we would stay here again next year. The house is located in a very nice development and the room is above the garage. The stairway entrance has motion detection lights so it was very safe getting back to room at night. The inside of the room is very clean, the king size bed was comfortable, there’s a table to eat at if needed, and Martha had the mini fridge stocked with water and soda along with multiple baskets of snacks. We also loved the little touches like the Xmas tree on the table and the holiday pillows on the two chairs. Location was perfect for our plans. Just a few miles from every place we went. We would highly recommend to anyone looking to spend a few nights in the area

This was an amazing place to stay. From the amenities to the recommendations for bakeries, etc every aspect was wonderful. So many times we have traveled and booked a stay only to be worried and disappointed. This was just like being at home and the communication regarding the stay was exceptional as well. We will be going back, hopefully again and again.

When we first walked into Martha's rental and looked around it felt homey, warm, cute, and quaint. We were always on the run with family and doing the tourist thing from sun up to sun down, but made sure we met Marth our last day there. SHE. IS. A. SWEETHEART!!!!! You are in close proximity to 30 and 283 as well as Lancaster City limits. We will Definitely be staying here again when we come back up to visit in the near future! Thank you again, Martha!

Walk up flight of stairs to a private entance door with key code entry lock. Enter into a charming, large, well appointed cozy bedroom, with a comfy king size bed and dining table for two. Off the bedroom there is a roomy bathroom with a deep soaking tub and shower. Also off the bedroom is a seperate, coffee nook with lots of different Keurig coffees and various creamers. Several types of tea bags and baskets of snacks, including GF options! The nook also has a microwave and refrigerator stocked with water and sodas and a selection of dishes, glasses and silverware. It's a short drive to many of the area attractions in a very convienent location. Host has a book with any type of information you may need to help make your trip more enjoyable and responds quickly to any questions you may have. Can't wait to return!

Martha knows the meaning of hospitality and above. Everything you need she has provided above all normal stays we've encountered. Nice area, Kitchen kettle village, Amish ride and tour of dairy farm, sight and sound theater, liked Dieners Dutch cafe and Casey Jones train for dinner. All this in two days.

Wonderful place to stay. Close to most of the local attractions , restaurants and shopping. The neighborhood was very peaceful. The suite was lovely, and exceeded our expectations. Martha, the host was very friendly, and was available if we needed anything. Would definitely stay there again, and would highly recommend this property.

The place was spacious enough for two, very clean and organized with beautiful fall decorations. Had everything you would need if you forgot something both on the kitchen and bathroom. Owner was very nice. Would definitely recommend and stay again when we’re in Lancaster

This Suite is so beautiful and restful. Martha does a wonderful job of making sure your every need is met and she even thinks of special touches to make your stay so relaxing and enjoyable. The Suite is located in a quiet little spot, smack dab in the middle of all the wonderful shops and restaurants that you want to visit! When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised by the accommodation Martha provides. My wife was so elated with everything about Martha’s place - she even said she could live there. Martha goes above and beyond anything I’ve ever experienced in a rental. I highly recommend staying in Martha’s VRBO as you will not be disappointed! 5 ⭐️!!!

The host anticipated every need… toothpaste kit, makeup remover, ect. The kitchenette included a wide assortment of a wide variety of healthy snacks and the mini refridgerator had canned sodas and bottled water.
Initially I was hesitant to book something that was part of the host’s house. This was new, upper level suite with its own stairway entrance. We’re booking for next year… Thanka, Martha!

The hosts helped me to present a surprise getaway that included a stay at this perfect VRBO! Everything a traveler, let alone a birthday boy, could want. Close to events, easy to access, friendly efficient and knowledgeable hosts, immaculate accommodations, fully stocked and functioning amenities topped off with a birthday balloon to greet us as we entered. This was the most beautiful accommodation! So much personality and if I could give 10 Stars! Clean, private property and easy! Right in the heart of the Amish experience. My only regret was coming to the area on a Sunday and Monday, most things were closed. This accommodation is a true gem. Don’t miss The Sight and Sound Theatre…five minutes from our stay.

Our time away was amazing! There is so much to do and see in the area! After a full day of “touring” we relaxed in Martha’s beautiful suite! Every detail of the suite has been thought out with kindness and hospitality! It’s clean, quiet, and comfortable! This suite is truly a little home away from home! It was an extra special touch to have snacks, drinks, coffee, and even some suggestions for the area all laid out for us!
