We have rented houses around the world and no other was as clean and/or well equipped as this one. High end appliances, terrific location, more bathrooms that we could use! In addition to the home being overall super terrific, Maly who manages the property acted as concierge --from restaurant reservations to needed Covid tests, Maly helped with everything with speed and graciousness! It was fabulous!!!

We have rented houses around the world and no other was as clean and/or well equipped as this one. High end appliances, terrific location, more bathrooms that we could use! In addition to the home being overall super terrific, Maly who manages the property acted as concierge --from restaurant reservations to needed Covid tests, Maly helped with everything with speed and graciousness! It was fabulous!!!

The house was as described in the listing, very relaxing place. Maly was very attentive to our requests. Great spot for vacation plus very close to Grand Case for excellent food.

Beautiful villa and excellent location
Perfect setup for this very well maintained and equipped villa for our family of 8 persons. Luxury prestations in every bedroom (with full bathroom in each) as well as commons opened on a large terrasse well oriented (with a sea view). The location is close to the beach and restaurants while nested on the hill and protected from winds.
Serenity and luxury are definitely good qualifications for this rental and Maly organized everything from arrival to departure.
We'll come back !

Great Home Away from home!
Our group of 8 stayed in this house for the week, and had an amazing experience. The house was very clean and well cared for. Our group doesn't do much cooking while on vacation, but the kitchen seemed to be well stocked.
After getting back to the States, one person realized she had left her prescription glasses there, and Maly was kind enough to make arrangements to get them to returned to her.
We will definitely consider staying at this property in the future!

I really enjoyed my stay in this modern, cosy, spacious and functional villa with a quiet neighbourhood and a lovely view. I appreciated the king size beds, the spacious showers as well as the quiet and efficient air conditioning. The kitchen is very well equipped (better than at home ;)). The villa is very close to all amenities like supermarket, restaurants, shops, happy hour bars, and lots of beach clubs. I really had a wonderful stay at villa Lemon. We were also just minutes from Grand Case and Marigot, so it was easy for us to have a spectacular dinner every night. This was our 10th visit to St. Martin, and I can tell you we are definitely looking forward to staying at Villa Lemon again.

We had a group of 9 people and found the Villa to be impeccably clean, neat, and well-appointed with every amenity we could ask for. Maly, the villa manager was a treasure and a valuable resource for everything we could think of. From our warm welcome to helping us with info for a private chef, a trip to the perfumeries, and chartering a sailboat, we could not have asked for anyone better.
