Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really enjoyed staying in Ski Harbor. So convenient to boat rental, grocery shopping and also the County Fest Fair. Plenty of bedroom space and loved having 2 separate living rooms. A few days the weather was not the greatest so we really enjoyed the community center with pool & hot tub. Kept the kids occupied. The house is well stocked to meet your needs. The kitchen may be small but it cozy and does the job. There was even a crock pot! I was concerned about not having A/C in August but we did just fine. Since it's an end unit there was plenty of windows to open and lots of ceiling fans. It really felt like vacation. The boat dock is super convenient. The outside deck is lovely. Parking is right out front. This rental is a real value.

Would definitely recommend some upkeep & cleaning, there were cobwebs hanging from ceiling in most of the rooms. Couch was saggy in the middle. Would definitely stay there again except the group wants air conditioning.

If there had not been clean towels/linen, one would assume housekeeping overlooked cleaning this property. The property was extremely dusty - spider/dust webs outside and inside. My husband clean the entrance to the house. Before I knew it, he was cleaning throughout the interior of the house before I could take pics or even call the office to report. In addition, the property was too close to each other - no privacy whatsoever! People were using the property (backyard) as a short cut to the tennis court and/or pool.

The house we got this time was cozy and had great location and good layout but it was really outdated and that made it look a bit dirty and cramped. Maybe a change of furniture could do the trick. We also had a problem with an old toilet seat that broke and slided back and broke the toilet tank. The person that was using the bathroom at the time got his hand cut trying to stop the water. And lastly the house was for 8 people but the hot water system would not hold that much hot water and we have to wait quite some time every time one took a shower to get hot water again.

Our children were able to fish from the dock, and there was also a canoe on the side of the house we took out on the cove, from the back yard. When the rain started Sunday we spent a lot of time at the pool with the kids. The pool house is less than 100 yards form the front door. There is no covered patio, but the fire pit was pre-stocked with a few split logs so I didn't have to go buy any. One complaint; I couldn't figure out where the recycling was. There is no bin for it and the info binder said nothing about it, so I had to bring two bags of recyclables home with me.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House is located at northern end of lake just 3 mins from shopping and kids fun places, wisp, as well as fishing supply stores. Lake front view is beautiful and good for kids. The house was nice but dated (if that bothers you). The family room furniture was over 20 years old I am guessing, and not comfortable at all when you are stuck inside on a rainy day. Place was clean except the worn carpets and dust. Bathrooms and kitchen were clean. Everything was adequate. Microwave was broken on arrival and it was replaced immediately. Linens and towels were good. The availability of the canoe was a plus for sure and the boat dock was great to have when we rented a boat.

The townhome was spacious and very comfortable with everything you need in the house. The kitchen has everything you need. Great comfort, spectacular views, corner unit so great privacy as well. The Jacuzzi and pool were steps away. Great value for money spent. Lake is feet/ yards away and mountain is 5 minutes by car (across the lake). Would highly recommend. Taylor Made make it very enjoyable and very accomodating *even put a Christmas tree in the house for us.
