Pros: Cute house, good location, A/C super-powerful and adjustable by room. Good lights, nice to have all the towels and linens, everything clean and ready to go. We made great use of the indoor tennis courts in the complex, and the pool looked nice too. Lots of deer wandering around! Unit faces the woods, which is nice. Cons: The dishwasher was marked out of service, but no drying rack or other accomodation was provided, so we ended up with a bath towel on the counter all week. Similarly, the blowdryer in the main bath didn't work -- if I'd known, I'd have brought my own. Also, there was no guidance on how/where to check in, even though there are several gates to choose from and a card is needed to drive in -- doesn't seem hard to just tell renters to visit the clubhouse. Anyway, handy as a relaxing house, near to Big Pocono park and the Camelback activities, so would recommend for all seasons.

Family loved it very spacious

This is an amazing property! Everything is brand new and it just feels like home. This place is so convenient and my family and I made so many memories here! It was an extremely short walk to the slope! Will definitely be staying again! Also owner is communicative and very nice!

This unit is very clean and has the basic necessities needed for a getaway! The rooms were spacious and comfortable. It is closely located to the indoor pool and Camelbak. We look forward to staying in one of John’s units again!

Our stay was fantastic. The location of the property is super close to the resort. We were able to ski in and out with a short walk across the parking lot. The place has all the feel of a ski cabin. Plenty of space in the unit. Using the propane grill was a nice bonus. We will be back!

Check-in was very smooth and all communication with the host was very fast which was very relieving, He made the weekend very smooth. The mountain is super close which makes commuting around very easy (if you wanna go shopping or go do some activities at the camelback resort) and there are tons of stores nearby to shop! We didn't even leave the cabin other than leaving to snowboard, haha. The cabin was VERY cozy and had more than enough space and all amenities you would need to feel at home! This will be one of my most favorite and memorable birthday weekend!!

Shower water could have been hotter, Top of fridge was dusty and crayon were scattered on top of the fridge. (Not ours) The location was great and it was easy to find the home. you do have to go down steps to get to the home. Which is no biggie. while we were there they installed hand rails on the outdoor steps which we thought was nice and useful for 2 of our family members that have knee issues. I sent a few emails with questions and they were all answered quickly. We enjoyed the pool area and the tennis courts but the roof in the tennis court area was leaking in several spots and the pool was cold. We meet another property owner at the pool and she also said her and her family thought it was too cold. She also said it was normally nice and warm. Over all we had a great stay and we would definitely stay at this rental again.

We did a mid-week stay from Monday to Thursday, and had a great time. No issues at all. We did have the WiFi/TV go out, but with a quick text to John he had it back up in no time. Nice and quiet and had deer coming by the porch each morning and evening, which our daughter loved!

My group of 8 had an amazing time at this property and the area in general. As a fairly large party in our early 20s, it was hard to find a location willing to book us until we found this place. An amazing location close to such a variety of activities (highly recommend the mountain coaster a few minutes down the road) that was so insanely clean and comfy that the pictures posted don't even do it justice. The place is much bigger in person and is so cozy and inviting. The house has all of the odds and ends provided so there is no need to bring much with you other than your personal luggage. The host is hands off (in a good way) and would answer our questions promptly and otherwise let us be. The pool / hottub / suana / gym were added bonuses for us. The location is so beautiful and the place was so nice we could not believe how good the price was! We hope to come again soon!!

Great location for all the fun Fall activities the Poconos and Camelback Resort areas have to offer. It was our second time staying at this property and once again it was very enjoyable with nothing to complain about.

Close to local attractions (Summit, hiking, outlet shopping, restaurants, casino, camel back and more.). Friendly neighborhood. Pleasant vacation spot. Would stay here again.

Nothing short of amazing! We booked the cabin for the weekend of my daughters 12th birthday. She loved the cabin and had so much fun at the pool. The cabin is soooooo beautiful, every detail was on point! Our dog even loved it. We all enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again some time.

The place is very nice, clean, and is in a great spot. The jacuzzi and indoor pool were a great experience as well.

We went as a group of 6. There were 5 beds (one bed in a loft above living room, 1 bunk bed - 2 beds, 1 solo bed in same room as bunk bed, and 1 solo room in own room). Also has a large couch if people don't like sharing beds. Location was convenient to be in the Poconos. House was clean. Well stocked kitchen and had washer/dryer unit in house. Check in process very simple. Able to have 2 cars by the unit and other cars went to overflow lot which was right at the gate outside the property (1-2 min drive)

It was a cozy townhouse perfect for our needs. Loved the rustic decor. Kids loved the bunk bed. Great location.

Wonderful accommodations. Everything was clean, comfy, and cozy. It was a perfect location to camelback waterpark and a short drive to lots of other things to do. As many others mentioned the steps to the home were a little treacherous but was a great vacation !!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our weekend at this home. It was so clean and well maintained. Furnishings were perfect for a mountain retreat! The unit is a bit further from where you can park your car which was a little inconvenient because we had a lot of “baby gear” to carry but certainly not a big issue.
