We loved how close we were to the beach. Beautiful scenery. We also enjoyed the view out back with the pond and fountain!

Our washer and dryer had to be monitored because it doesn’t switch over on it’s on. When we first started it, it ran for a couple hours and we noticed it hadn’t switched to the next cycle. we had to turn it ourselves to wash, rinse, spin and so on.

There was no breakfast. The property itself was in a good location with a few minutes walk to the beach. The beach was less crowded. The condo was in good condition and was quiet.

The maintenance of the beach was not good. Lots and lots of dead jelly fish which the kids were not fond of. The property had a the bare minimal supply for toiletries with just one roll of bath tissues and a very small soap which has to be used for Monday through Thursday. Also, the charges were not mentioned upfront. They charge $200.00 for cleaning, but you have to remove all the bed linens, throw the trash(and the trash receptacle was not to be found anywhere close to the condo)

Wifi was great. Great proximity to the beach. Nice tennis courts and swimming pools. Landscaping was really nice. Washer and dryer was good. Room was clean. Ice machine in freezer worked good.

Beds were so firm that we didn’t sleep well. Had to purchase a foam mattress pad (helped only a little). Room with twin beds had no room to the closet. Only one roll of one ply toilet paper in the bathroom so we had to purchase more ourselves. Mixing bowl was broke. Pretty sure sand fleas are in the couch as felt something biting us as we sat on it. Shower squealed annoyingly. USB ports on back of nightstand on the right side of the bed didn’t work so we had to buy a extension cord. Lightbulb was burned out in the lamp on the nightstand on the left side. No skillet or tongs or cutting board. Pillows were super thin.

I liked that the condo was very clean. It was the perfect size for my group of 4. It is also on the quieter side of the island. The beach is very natural, and not crowed.

It would have been nice to have an entrance on the patio side of the condo. That would be a great place to come in from the beach or pool without getting sand all inside the condo. Maybe a floor mat inside the front door would’ve helped. I could’ve used an additional pan in the kitchen. There was plenty of everything else, but I had to wash the one pan I had in the middle of cooking a meal because there wasn’t an extra.
