Cabin was clean and nice view was good

The driveway was rough needs to be repaved on part of it and needs better signage directing to the cabin because there are several different driveways in one location

The hot tub was nice and the cabin was nice but the place needed cleaned better and needed updated it was very inconvenient with the price we paid.

The carpets were stained and old falling apart, also the dishes were busted up and scratchy old all my food I cooked was ruined because of the resources, he mattress upstairs had stained in them and everything was dusty and had cobwebs, just very old and outdated for the price and images, and the floors sounded like they were going to cave in so I kept waking my other half up.

The tv was very outdated and we didn’t have access to many Chanel’s at all. The chlorine was way to high in the jacuzzi and severely dried my skin out. even after taking a shower directly after I could smell the chlorine on my skin. Also not a lot of space to turn around in the driveway.

We loved the location, it was nice and quite, and still close to Gatlinburg. The staff were great. Everytime I called, the lady on the phone was super nice and she was very helpful. The view is nice. We like that we weren't super close to other cabins, we had more privacy. The hot tub was fantastic!

The beds weren't the most comfortable and there were some things the housekeeping looked over. We tried getting someone to bring us a remote for the upstairs bedroom and they never did.. there wasn't one in there when we got there. The tv in the living room wouldn't work. Someone came to help us and it worked for a little bit but then stopped again. There weren't enough lights. The light in the washer and dryer area didn't work..

Very hard to get to very steep driving

There was no breakfast.

The drive to the cabin was too steep and we weren't informed about that. The electric and water went out and wifi. There was no heat and we couldn't contact anyone. We were snowed in for 2 days without electric and water in 15 degree temperatures. The drive was iced over so we could not get out until some of it melted and my husband had to shovel some.

The tube TV’s and CD boom box were very quaint and nostalgic. The hot tub was pleasant as long as you stay away from the front corner with the protruding screw and exposed suction hole. Limiting everyone to one bath towel per person helped teach my kids about conserving resources. The low-hanging ceiling fan in the master bedroom made for a good laugh every time my husband went to change his shirt and hit his hand/wrist.

I could have done without the cockroaches and beetles. I complained about this to management and was told someone would be out to spray but no one arrived within the two days before we left. They were unresponsive to multiple messages.
