We stayed there for three nights and had the most amazing time! Ivan is extremely welcoming and hospitable and we had a lot of fun. He was very helpful and let us try some local products.
The rooms are clean and nice and the view is absolutely gorgeous. There is a tiny town with a shop and a ferry port which can take you to Rab. It was very meditative to watch the ferry dock and leave about once an hour. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quiet, beautiful place to relax!
The location is quite remote, so don’t expect a lot of shops or bars nearby.

The place is beautiful with windows and terraces facing the sea and islands. The view is fantastic. Anita and Ivan are very nice and make you feel among friends. They speak Croatian, German and English. The place is great for snorkeling and hiking. Despite the very hot summer, the house has air conditioning and is well insulated, and even in the hottest hours you feel great. The sea is just a stone's throw away and still there is also a swimming pool. To get fresh meat and fish you have to buy it and Senj or on the island of Rab, so best to stop by and buy it before you arrive, but for fruit, vegetables, milk and by-products you can go to a small supermarket in Stinica. For fruit, a vegetable shop also comes to Jablanac. There are also restaurants in Jablanac and Stinica.

Everything was great - the place, the owners, the pool. Easy access to the sea, apartments are new, modern and very well equipped, the view from a terrace is amazing. We were very lucky to find this place and we'll definitely be back.

On the beginning I little bit afraid of port and ferries nearby, but it’s quite and didn’t disturb.

Ivan, the family, the attitude was just great. Already miss this place. Be sure to enquire for fresh fish and prawns and most importantly, enjoy the great hospitality.

Very warm and friendly owner😁we were 2 adults with our 3 big children, we got a big apartment at the upperfloor and that was amazing😁very clean, there were everything we needed and the wiew was beautifull! It was funny to watch the ferry to Rab. There are some really great small roads next to the sea, where you can walk to a little town, and if you walk a little longer, you can see an Old german world war II ship, sunking in the wather.
This is s great place to relax! There is a small and nice local restaurant i stinica and also a little minimarket. There is also two restaurants in jablanac there were fine! Just a lovely place👏we Got a olive oil, some lavendula and a cream from the bees, as a gift from the owner, thank you so much😁
If you want to have fresh meat or other speciel things, you must remember buying it before you arrive the apartment. There is about 30-40 to the nearest supermarked. The extra bed i the Living room, was a little hard.

Our 3 years old loved it. We enjoyed the breathtaking sunset every evening from the balcony or from the great pool.
